Rebecca Chan I love going to Katsu Bar for all things katsu! They have a varied and consistent menu and feature weekday lunch specials. We enjoyed SO MUCH GOOD FOOD. I was also super satisfied with the friendly service and how FAST it was. I think all our food came out within 10 ish minutes. All of the katsu were hot, crispy, and delicious. Also, I appreciate that they werent super fatty (?). As in, they are using good quality meat not just the cheap fatty part. My favorites were the strawberry sando and shrimp curry plate. It was my first time having a fruit sando and the milk bread is super soft and lightly sweet. Very good! Shrimp is nicely breaded! I just wish there was more curry! Ali Marie Love the ambiance of the restaurant, I like the fire and wood elements. Staff was attentive and very friendly. It felt upscale but relaxed. We got the bacon wrapped figs, lamb sliders, mole tacos, and the brie n jam bites. The only thing I didnt care for was the brie. Texture and flavors were not for me. Lamb was cooked perfectly with great flavors, tacos were tasty, and I could eat two plates of the bacon wrapped figs. Bit pricey for portions, but what you would expect for quality at a tapas place. Gave 5 for overall experience.

Claire Vozel My 100% favorite place to eat in Goleta! I could come here every day - the vibes are fantastic, staff is super super friendly, and the food is super good. They always have on great music, too. The poké bowls are my favorite; also love the clam chowder. Don’t miss on their frozen prepared food btw - you can buy their soup bases or other frozen sea food at a good price in the back corner. They also carry a lot of unique/hard to find-in-SB Asian/global drinks, condiments, etc. !!

Mary Macken Wonderful, warm & friendly restaurant in a pleasant neighbourhood. We have enjoyed such great breakfasts / brunches when visiting San Francisco. La Bohème is so very welcoming to children too & you see many 3-generational families like ours. Staff are exceptionally pleasant, helpful & professional.
