Melinda Riter Found this small place on the way to the desert, and was wowed by the taste and quality of the food. Would eat here again, such a treat on the way to spend a week camping. Had a salmon roll, Thai noodles, miso, spring rolls. All a delight!

Brenda Strassler We were on vacation from Knoxville, TN and saw all of the 5-star reviews for this food truck. I’m here to also leave a 5-star review! The lady taking our order was so friendly. When she found out we were from out of state, she gave recommendations to several places to visit in the area, even writing it down so we wouldn’t forget. We ordered the chorizo breakfast burritos and they were delicious. They did not skimp on the portion size. It came with 3 different types of sauces, all of which were super tasty. My favorite was the habanero. I only wish we had a food truck like this by my house!

Mandy W. It includes their Yellowtail Crudo, Tagliatelle in truffle sauce, Pomodoro, Cacio e Pepe, and Tiramisu al cucchiaio for $38 per person. This time, we were given the option to swap their Pomodoro for Vongole, as well as their Cacio e Pepe for Carbonara. So delish! Shout out to our servers for offering the substitutions, and for checking in on us after each and every course. Best service on a weekday afternoon. Its the perfect spot for any meal with one or more friends, or even for one, whether youre inside or out.

Lawana Ofisa The trip-tip sandwich was "Wow"!!! Tri-Tip was so tender and juicy and very flavorful. I found this spot and so happy I decided to give it a try. It was my first time and definitely wont be my last. Looking forward to my next visit.
