Hubert B. I recently placed an online order on my birthday, which came with a promotion for a free slice of cheesecake of my choice. Unfortunately, there was a glitch on the website that wouldn’t let me add the cheesecake to my order no matter how many times I tried. After several attempts, I decided to complete the order without it and planned to mention the issue when I picked up my food.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I explained the situation to the cashier, who was very understanding and immediately reached out to the manager. I explained the issue again, and he was extremely kind and helpful. Without any hesitation, he honored the birthday promotion and made sure I received the cheesecake I couldn’t add online.
As someone who has been a loyal customer for years, I really appreciate how smoothly the pickup process always is and how friendly and attentive the staff continue to be. Moments like this are exactly why I keep coming back—great service, great people, and a willingness to make things right.
