Angelo Salvador Reservation is available. Nice Mexican restaurant atmosphere. Margaritas are amazing and it served in a big bowl! Fast service! Ample of parking but felt tight.

Robert Gilbert 2021 update: Ive become addicted to this place and it is my go to for seafood fried rice as well as their house blend mild crab legs. Ive tried other places and no one has that right level of flavor and kick to keep me not only coming back but finding excuses to swing by. 6/5 stars honestly. Even their lack luster drinks cant bring down the score. Food way to d*** good. Its a mystery I havent heard if this place yet. I recommend crab lovers to try this place. The drink selection was fun

Jen Knight I normally take a ton of pictures of my food, but was so hungry I just dug in. Great flavor, good portions. We had the spicy shrimp fried rice, tom kha gah, panag curry, and pumpkin curry. Atmosphere was relaxed. Plenty of time to eat and talk l. Definitely will be back!

Lloyd C As soon as we walked up to the place the atmosphere was amazing! Lots of papel picado draping from the roofs and huge general area to sit, with choice of inside and outside seating. Very busy which did not hinder food preps thankfully. My fish tacos were messy but delicious and the churros made an excellent dessert to end the night off. I also bought this long sleeve shirt as a souvenir (wearing right now) and it’s very cozy. Would love to return again when we’re back in the area!

S “Devyn” We have been 3 times and it’s fantastic each time. Incredibly consistent, and as a food service worker myself that’s super important to me. Pizza is so good, meatballs are perfect, and I want to be buried with a pint of their pink sauce. You can tell everything is house made and they have wonderful standards for taste and consistency. Even ordering Togo, it’s well packaged and fresh. Service has always been wonderful. It’s a bit loud inside, but not so much so it would keep me away. I’ve only lived in Merced about a year, but I’m an avid restaurant goer and have tried many of the local joints already. I would easily rate this one in my top 3.

Sue LaCosse I don’t normally eat vegan. I ordered a burger and it was delicious. The patty sides were crispy. The flavor was delightful. Everything was so fresh. I came in with a gift certificate, not knowing that the place had changed ownership. The new owner was so gracious to accept the certificate I had. I don’t get in this area often, but when I do, I will be sure to come here again. I would recommend Nectar to anyone whether you’re vegan or not.
