Katsin Restaurant and Dining Bar - Glendale

Rating: 4.6 /5
Gaya Yaffa Katsin is a perfect mix of great food, stunning design, and lively energy. The modern, artful interior sets the mood for an unforgettable night. The grilled meats were juicy and flavorful, especially the lamb chops and roasted peppers and the mezze starters were fresh and tasty. The cocktails were creative and beautifully presented. What really made the evening special was the live music and dancing performance that got everyone up and having fun. A great spot for dinner, celebrations, and a full night out!

Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar - Anaheim

norman t It was really good. Good spot for grown ups to eat considering its close to Disney. Its a nice casual spot. Can get really busy fast since the food is good and the atmosphere is fancy. They have a nice bar you can have drinks while you wait for your table or if you just want a drink. They also have a nice patio if youd like to have dinner outside. You can actually see the Disney evening fireworks from the patio. Back to the food, everything from the apps, mains, and deserts all tasted good. Good wine and adult drink selection. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This place is great for work dinners, date night, if you wanna get away from you kids after a day at Disney for a romantic date, and any celebrations.

Californios - San Francisco

Pasha Gleyzer That was a delightful experience. The most important: the food was amazing. Crab with caviar, spiny lobster, rock fish and short ribs were the top highlights for me. My date enjoyed the Mezcal flight, and I loved the non-alcoholic pairing. Everyone was a top profesional making our experience even more so wonderful. The dishes were three bites at most, but I was so full after that dinner. Of course, it was also very beautifully presented. Expensive, but definitely worth it.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar - Fresno

Manuel Marez Great food and easy to enjoy atmosphere. Everyone working was helpful and attentive. Prices are up there, but youre clearly paying for the quality. It is 100% worth it. I had a 16oz ribeye, my wife had lobster. I made a reservation through their website and noted we were celebrating our anniversary. They laid out some rose petals and a card wishing us a happy anniversary, which was a great touch and my wife appreciated. Will be back as the service, food, and drinks were outstanding

Birdsong - San Francisco

Marisa Chiang This is the restaurant that truly opened our eyes to GREAT food. We had the BBQ carrot years ago (pre-COVID) and the intensity of flavor from such a simple preparation (albeit long dehydration time) was just kind-blowing. And we’ve been coming back every year since! Chef Chris is a genius. There really are not adequate words to describe the flavor of the dishes that are derived from the techniques of prepping it from the time the ingredient arrives at the restaurant to when it finally reaches your plate (which can be months). It’s familiar flavors that just exploded in intensity, always with the perfect layers of complementary flavors and textures. It really is just something your mouth will have to experience for itself (my mouth is watering typing this). The service is impeccable. Their director Zoee is such a sweetheart and always greets us with a genuinely welcoming presence. Their entire team is always friendly and smiles, it’s easy and a pleasure to converse with anyone and everyone that works there. Just be prepared for a long meal (3-4 hours). Everything is cooked to order and they are very meticulous, so it does take time but the immaculate presentation and “perfect” bite is worth the wait. The area can be a bit rough and parking is not easy, so the recommendation is to take a car so you’re dropped off right at the entrance. Otherwise we haven’t had issues getting there. In short, if you love to see how food can be transformed to new heights, this is your restaurant.
