Le Hut Dinette - Santa Ana

Rating: 4.6 /5
Stephanie Stotelmeyer Great food - a little pricey but delicious (we did order the ribs which were the just expensive item - well worth it though). The bread and butter was amazing (heirloom blue corn sourdough from 6100 bread bakery next door- yum!). The melon salad was bright and delightful with just a bit of spice - so good! The diner decor and style is fun. The building is cool and funky. I definitely need to go back for dinner to try the lamb and a few of the shareables. I also want to try the lunch menu.

Liberty Sports Bar and Grill - Mammoth Lakes

Pauline Ploy Such a chill spot with a great atmosphere! The food was delicious. Especially the Philly cheesesteak with cheese sauce and the fries. The staff were friendly, gave great recommendations, and checked on us often. I’ll definitely come back again to try more dishes next time!

Sunset Restaurant - Santa Cruz

Billy McDivitt Cocktails were very good, and different from other places. The food was delicious and our waiter was excellent. It’s on the pricey side, but the views were totally worth it!

Chelsea Restaurant - Santa Monica

Steve Greenberg Nice quiet place. Comfortable. Excellent service. Really interesting menu: not the same old stuff you see on every menu. Portions are a little small, but really just fine since arent we all trying to watch our weight? And prices are better as a result.

Grove Steakhouse - Alpine

michael howem If you havent been to the new Grove Steakhouse, you need to! Aside from being the best value in SoCal, its the most amazing food to be found. Its true that the high ceilings make it much more spacious feeling and some would say a bit less intimate, but it is also not nearly as loud as the old location which the makes it more intimate as far as Im concerned. The fireplaces really add to the ambiance and they have room for large parties now. The best addition is the weekend brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Amazing! There isnt a bad option on the menu. Smoked salmon bagel with a twist or crab benedict or steak and eggs...you cant go wrong with the food. The bartenders (shout out to Kendall and Drew!) Margaritas, long islands, martinis, etc. are all super delicious and very reasonably priced. The servers and waitstaff (Joseph, Chuy, Anthony, and Alex) and all top shelf. Rafael, dont ever stop doing what you do! You run a tight ship, and your aim for perfection shows. Thank you all for showing up every day and showcasing your skills!

Keegan Smith SEASONAL REVIEW This was such a fun experience! The decor for Christmas in here is so nice. But the food is so worth it and good. The pupu platter was a nice way to try everything- but next time we will just get individual appetizers, especially the “Christmas ham”. We loved getting to see all the fun drinks you could order- it shows you the cups and you can choose based on cup or cocktail- the drinks were very strong. The bibimbap is so good!! Would definitely recommend. The steak and fries is also really great. The poke and the chicken bao can be nice to share or good meals. Would love to come back again during the holidays but also just during the year.
