The Lakefront Restaurant - (Near Mammoth Lakes, CA)

Marc A. Tager After a day full of driving, fun and much excitement we raced back before closing to grab dinner from Wongs. We were a retail store family so our holiday meals were just about solely Chinese as we didn’t have to cook. I have a definite love for the cuisine and will try it anytime 7 days a week. Wong’s was awesome. The staff knew my daughter and her boyfriend and gave them great service, but as I watched she was awesome with everyone. It’s a quaint little spot but would have been just as fun to eat in, very hospitable. The food was on point, the portions large and not greasy at all. I’m bummed that I didn’t get more pictures but don’t let that stop you from trying them.

M D Feeling like a nice Asian bowl that’s packed with meat, rice and/or veggies? Make a stop here and order at the counter (or online) and get an awesome amount of ingredients! The inside seating is comfortable and there’s also outside dining tables too with a really nice ambience. I reserved a couple of spots at the Sneak Peek event, day prior to Cindy’s franchise opening. We had the chicken breast teriyaki and steak bowls. Both bowls did not disappoint! The restaurant has a variety of selections from appetizers, sides and meals. I will be eating my way through this menu! Look forward to seeing them cater too. Glad to see Teriyaki Madness in Marin and Novato. ***visited again in August and had a smaller bowl. It hit the spot when you only want a slightly smaller portion. Rowan, behind the counter, had amazing customer service. ***

Mohammad Alam You need to know that Laya is elevating the Mediterranean upscale cuisine I’ve now come here multiple times with my wife and each time I am reminded why I love this place. All of the staff are nice and courteous. The ambience is on another level you feel like you’re transported out of Los Angeles and into a Middle Eastern world. We had the fried kibbeh and the beef Kabab and our miles are still watering days later of how delicious they were. The rose pistachio ice cream for dessert was a must have. I highly recommend taking your other family members here for an enjoyable evening.

S X Delicious vegan food at an affordable price. Huge portion size. They are not doing it to make a huge profit. Owners are kind and caring. My favorite is quinoa veggie fried rice, but all dishes are good. So glad we have one more vegetarian restaurant in Ukiah!

chris campbell Came for a taste of Basque cuisine - the steak frites, chicken croquettes and Basque cheesecake were the highlights! Sat at the bar and the place was buzzing on its second night! Give Dom’s a try.

Maria Tello This place is so good! We follow chef Tony from his previous gig to his own biz. His food is so authentic and fresh. Shrimp killer is the best sushi roll hands down. Great job Tony!
