When she found out we were from out of state, she gave recommendations to several places to visit in the area, even writing it down so we wouldn’t forget. We ordered the chorizo breakfast burritos and they were delicious. They did not skimp on the portion size. It came with 3 different types of sauces, all of which were super tasty. My favorite was the habanero. I only wish we had a food truck like this by my house!

5 /5 David Scott: One of the best food trucks Ive ever been to. Between the 3 of us we had the Havana burrito, pan con Vaquito and the Cubano sandwich. I had the Havana burrito with grilled shrimp, it was excellent!

Our forever order is the legendary Pinche Fries loaded with their steak or juicy pork. This visit, we tried their new seafood offering: Shrimp Tacos.They were out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and perfect. Dont miss their fresh juice for the ultimate refreshment. Im obsessed with the crisp, cool cucumber flavor. With so many amazing choices, the fantastic service truly shines. The friendly team expertly guides you through the menu to find your perfect meal. Stop looking. This is the one. If you’re ever in Bishop, do yourself a favor and stop by this incredible Latin fusion food truck! Their Pinche Fries are out of this world—crispy, flavorful, and loaded with all the right toppings. And the Havana Burrito? An absolute must-try. Every bite is packed with bold, delicious flavors that will keep you coming back for more. Any time we visit or even pass through Bishop, this is the spot for us.
