1 /5 msoper240: The establishment was billed as a restaurant and the menu showed better than average choices. We arrived and found it nothing but a sports bar. Our server was friendly And being that the place was empty, we were served quickly. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak And Sweet potato fries. When it came out the Steak was tough and chewy. The sandwich usually comes with swiss cheese, which is something I’m not fond of, so I asked for cheddar instead, which was granted. After a few bites, I called the server over and explained that I was not happy and he was completely accommodating and took it and had it removed from the bill. Then the manager came over with a slight attitude and tried to explain to me that all steaks cut are different, like nobody knows that, and also tried to blame the fact that I had cheddar cheese as opposed to Swiss that that made the sandwich no good. He was a little aggressive in an odd way and seemed to want to argue. when u own a “restaurant” it will happen that not everyone will be happy. the proper way to handle the situation is to take the food and remove it from the bill without arguing with the customer. All in all, I would not recommend it if you are expecting a nice restaurant with good food!
