3 /5 C Lu: Under new ownership, though the old Pampas sign is still outside. The salad bar looks good but most items were bland with very basic ingredients. Even with the premium AYCE option, the same cuts of meat kept rotating every few minutes. Servers didn’t consistently follow the red/green card system, and most meats were bland, dry, or overcooked.
The Amazon Martini was overly sweet, and while the wine list was okay, nothing stood out (corkage is $35). Overall, it feels like they’re still working out the kinks—better seasoning, improved execution, and more value are needed. Great location and friendly staff, though.
