2 /5 Dee Thomas: I had been super eager to try this place after seeing the menu on DoorDash and reading the reviews. It’s fairly close to my house and I thought it would be a good choice for dinner. I ordered the oxtail plate with a side of greens and cornbread. The total was roughly close to $40+. It arrived quickly, portion size was fair for the price but I was dissatisfied with the food quality. The oxtail & gravy were just barely warm as if it had been reheated. The greens as well were barely warm. The rice was definitely not fresh, it was cold hard and dry. This experience was very disappointing as I was excited to find a restaurant close to me with this type of cuisine since moving from east bay.

5 /5 Mlkel Mikel: Urban Fusions, it is truly what the name, states. Its ambiance, that is delicate, charming, with sophistication. The dish made my palette rock with delight. Love at the register, there are cookbooks, displaying different cultural influences to the dishes. The shrimp curry bowl, was amazing, yellow curry, chose spicy, it was Thai spice, with a nice blend of Caribbean hot. Vallejo, is the happening place, great place for any occasion... I most certainly will be back, on my list of favorites.

I have had the pleasure of dining there on three separate occasions. From the moment one steps in, the trendy ambiance sets the perfect tone for a delightful dining experience. The menu offers a creative fusion of various cuisines, with each dish carefully crafted to perfection. The citrus salmon burst with savory flavors that instantly captivated my taste buds. The urban beans and rice were a work of art, beautifully arranged and incredibly fresh. The highlight of my experience was the yellow curry, which had a perfect balance of spices and sweetness, leaving me craving for more. While there were some delays in the food service, the attentive and courteous service added to the overall enjoyment of the evening, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Urban Fusion truly delivered a memorable dining experience, and I eagerly anticipate returning to explore more of their enticing menu offerings.

I ordered the lunch special: lemongrass chicken with stir-fry veggies, and it exceeded my expectations. The aroma was incredible, and the presentation was impressive. I took a moment to appreciate the beautiful plating before diving in, and each bite was just as delightful as the last. What stood out even more was the generosity and kindness of the staff. It’s wonderful to find a place that excels in every aspect, earning a solid 5/5 rating in my book. I’m already looking forward to returning and trying more items on the menu! BONUS: They also offer a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options, and I loved that they use Himalayan salt!

5 /5 B. Truman Burke: Ive been meaning to try this place for a while. I am now kicking myself for waiting so long. I tend not to order oxtail when I dine out. Theyve gotten quite pricey, and I can do better at home than a lot of the restaurants Ive tried. But the reviews here are high, so I decided to give it a chance. Did not disappoint! I cant wait to go back with friends.
