The signature menu items that I absolutely find to be the best around is the turkey club sandwich and eggs benedict. For the sandwich they use real fresh roasted turkey. Ohh that makes a huge taste difference. The bacon is cooked to a perfect crispness, no rare edges and not burnt either. The egg benedict’s hollandaise sauce is fantastic. Smooth with a just right consistency and emulsification. Flavorful, buttery with oh so slight lemon taste. The eggs are poached to treat you to a show of egg ooziness when pierced.
On days they are short staffed, they tape a sign on the front door indicating that and apologizing for the possible longer service times. In any given day, you’ll probably see Claudia, the owner, working. She has a great friendly demeanor.
Another thing to note is the bathroom situation. It’s located around the corner of the cafe. To access it, you’ll need to ask for the key. It’s kept clean.
