4 /5 Candy Nakajima: Stopped by Village Corner for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. My wife went with the veggie scramble, and I went with the two eggs any style, poached, with thick-cut bacon and rye toast. The rye toast wasnt exactly what I had in mind, but it was still tasty. She also enjoyed a mocha, which she said was just right.
The atmosphere was cozy, an ambiance that made for a bright morning. Even though it was a busy Sunday, we were seated quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, it was a solid breakfast experience, and wed definitely return next time were in Carmel.
