White Caps Bistro - (Near Goleta, CA)

5 /5 Don Lubach: Fun fact. This interesting restaurant is in the same complex where Howard Hughes once had an office. It has been open to the public for breakfast and lunch for some years, but the White Caps folks have made it much more welcoming. Today, I had their Torta (on special with a drink) and loved every bite. They opened the side entrance and they have a lot of outside seating. Staff was very friendly. Parking looks easy for cars and it was just fine for my bicycle. If you want a VERY original place to go for breakfast or lunch, this is it.

The quality of the food was simply amazing — every bite was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. A special shoutout to Enrique, who is truly top of the line when it comes to his craft. You can tell how much passion he puts into every dish, and it makes all the difference. We’ve already got a list of things we can’t wait to try on our next visits! The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot whether youre coming with kids or out for a relaxing meal. We’re so excited to watch this place grow — it’s exactly the kind of restaurant our community needed. Highly, highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back again and again!

1 /5 Nala San: Absolutely terrible service will never go back waited almost 30 min to get my order several people got their order first just terrible. Ordered the fish and shrimp burrito and it hardly had any fish all lettuce. Do not go. WAS a fan now I hate it.
