Craig Harries Went there for Street Tacos (4 for $10) and they were as good as promised. We had fish (great) and beef (very good). Service was very good especially after ordering (it was busy). Karaoke was great, lots of audience participation. Really really fun evening!

Happi Unycorn This place is beyond wonderful. Recently Ive begun to crave their sandwiches every day for lunch. Being 8 months pregnant now I have way too many hormones and called to let them know they are doing a great job and todays order came with a hand written thank you note. Made my whole day. Joe Egan I have been eating at Alpine Taco Shop for 20 years and obviously then love it. Their rice and shredded beef and their potato tacos are some of my favorites, and they have good salsas and hot carrots with peppers and onions. This is what a great family-run So Cal taco shop should be.

Kstro Mich First time here and qe loved it! We noticed they dont have a lot of staff members but the two servers the had were amazing! Basically rocking those orders/tables!! They were nice, friendly and so professional even when they were rushing to get everyones orders in... Also everyone in the kitchen, kuddos to you! The food was amazing, great portions, fresh and tasty... We will definitely come back!

Emerald Garrison What an incredible find! Jays Southerncafe truly exceeded my expectations! A hidden gem for Southern BBQ in Alpine, its definitely worth the drive. The small Pamela Plate was the perfect choice, with three ribs and two sides. Plus, they offer a Military Discount, which was a wonderful bonus. To top it off, I enjoyed a cold beer with my meal. Overall, this restaurant earned an A+ in my book, and Im eager to return.

Heres 8 reasons to eat here: *Price point is more than reasonable *Packaged food in environmental friendly containers *Food is served piping hot *The chili dog, comes with side of small chili. The side is plentiful.
