Edgar Patino I had an incredible dinner at Mosaic and can confidently say this place deserves all five stars. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening. The appetizers were a standout on their own. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the Red Curry Tomato Soup was so good that I ended up ordering it twice, and the shishito peppers were fresh, vibrant, and packed with just the right amount of heat. Every starter set the tone for an amazing meal. For the main courses, I ordered the Shrimp Pappardelle and the BGP pizza, and both dishes blew me away. The pasta was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, and the pizza was surprisingly fantastic. As a New Yorker, I have high standards for pizza, and this one absolutely held its own with great crust, balanced toppings, and bold flavors. We also tried a variety of cocktails, each one unique, beautifully presented, and delicious. It is clear the bar program puts real care into crafting creative and high quality drinks. The menu offered a wide range of options, and every plate that came out, from our table and around the room, looked amazing. You can tell this restaurant values quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Overall, Mosaic delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, great people. I will absolutely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable meal.

Erica Ogle First off, I know good Pho. The Pho should be judged to a high degree. This broth hit home. Slight differences than what Im used to, but you know it hits when you dont even want to add sauces to the broth. Also, I recently went veg and the attention to detail and the effort put into this vegan Pho is off the charts. Didnt even miss the meat (partially because the vegan meatballs took it to another level). Also, the green thai tea - soo good.

Russell Leier We spent a few nights in Redding and decided we wanted some cheese dip. Casa Rios was highly rates so we went. As a group of two we were seated right away. Margarita was delicious. Salsa and black beans came with the chips. We added queso. Portions were LARGE. Neither of us finished our meals, but the chips and dips were gone. The staff was very friendly.

Melllisa Burton We had a great time here today. We threw a surprise party for my husband after he was done playing golf and they hosted 18 of us. The owners were very accommodating, easy to work with, service was great, food was delicious and party went perfect!

Jenn B The wait staff was amazing along with food. I had the stroganoff and it was excellent. The beef was tender and fettuccine cooked perfectly. You have a choice of soup or salad (what a rarity these days) and the homemade blue cheese was great. I tried some of my friends soup of the day and it was great. I also had a bite of their lasagna and the taste was great. I will definitely be back.

Jessica Darling Oh my golly, the meat in these burgers is AMAZING. Its got to be ground steak. The quality of this food is far above what youd expect from a hole in the wall bar and grill. The onion rings... Do you see that picture? Theyre even better than they look. Go here. Just do it.

CBA W Located the Benton Airpark hangar, this Chef has found a way to make the people come to him and say: "hell yeah!" Unique only on the weekend dishes and delicious food truck smash burgers during the week. Ill be bringing people back here for sure!

Kyra Young Took my daughter on a Mommy and daughter lunch date today. She requested RAW, and let me say that their lunch menu is on point, and the food was absolutely delicious. They had Krab fries as their special and it was everything we expected and even better. I got the Shrimp Tacos which came with a side salad, the salad was so fresh, and the tacos were out of this world. My daughter got their Shoyu Ramen and lets just say they dont skip on the toppings, or its portion size at all and she absolutely loved it. I have never ever had a bad experience here and will continue to be a regular customer.

John Mazzochi I was in Redding, CA for a job interview, but have known that this Black Bear Diner is the ORIGINAL and have been wanting to come for years, so it was no thing at all to drive up the extra hour! The diner itself is cozy, traditional, but has plenty of seating and the service (and food) was excellent, especially since it was around the holidays (12/17) that I visited. My favorite things there are simple: Biscuits and Huckleberry Shake (in spite of the cold weather, haha)! On top of it all, you cant beat the views of Mt Shasta that are right outside the doors! Thank you Black Bear Diner OG, I will be back!

Dyani K Our 1st time visiting here and we had an amazing time! Food and drinks were delicious! The turtle cheesecake was perfect! Great service, and we did not feel rushed while the group of us chatted and caught up visiting.

Brian Woodward I dont give five stars very often, but Bantam deserves a five! If you are looking for no nonsense, flavorful food, this is the place. The atmosphere is all about family. The food reflects those family values. Flavorful and simple makes the evening perfect. I ordered the ell river pale ale. It went perfect with my Mac & cheese with smoked brisket which was fantastic. The catfish and chips and amazing as well. Fresh, moisten and crispy at the same time. The server was always smiling and attentive. Easy to make conversation with. I highly recommend this establishment if you want that authentic down home feeling.

Don Hess We arrived at our reservation time to the serendipity of seeing a neighbor couple as we entered. We talked with them for about 20 minutes. Accommodating our tardiness, Amber then seated us at another table. The Brie starter is nearly dinner by itself with its varied flavors artfully presented and the pickled beet salad was also flavorful. Dinner was the potato gnocchi and bolognese. The gnocchi was excellent with subtle and intermingled flavors of peaches, lamb, gnocchi, and balsamic. She suggested a Malbec that paired well with the gnocchi. The bolognese is hearty and robust although not overpowering with the focaccia a perfect accompaniment. The presentation of the plates compliments the thoroughly enjoyable flavors of the food inviting you to savoy every bite with praises to the Chef. Gracing the meal was Ambers prescient management of our needs. She doesnt miss a thing, takes care of all her guests, and completes the dining experience. Enjoyable evening by any and all measures.
