Bazille at Nordstrom - (Near Boca Raton, FL)

5 /5 Jt Clark: Doudley is a very pleasant server, I have visited all of the Nordstrom restaurants in the south Florida area. This is one of the best. Doudley provided excellent service, he was very attentive and polite to say the least . I’m so glad he was our server today. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

1 /5 Stephany Walden: Came here today to have a nice lunch with my husband. This happens to be one of our weekend favorites. Niya was our server and to my surprise our lunch did not go well today. To start, she didn’t seem very open to me ordering a different dressing than the one that originally comes with it. She definitely has a very unpleasant look on her face. She never came back to check on us until it was time to pay the bill. Another couple came in and stood there while she continued talking to a customer she knew. So unprofessional and unfair to customers. Doudley, who was not our server came over and assisted us the whole time we were there. After she took my card she brought it back and just sat it on the table and mumbled something. This was the most unpleasant experience I have had at Nordstrom. I have been coming to Bazille for years and years. I have visited the one at Merrill Village about 5 or 6 times. This was a very unpleasant experience by far the worst I’ve experienced at this restaurant. She definitely needs some training and an attitude adjustment immediately. This will not stop me from visiting Bazile restaurant because I like it there. But if you don’t want your dining experience ruined I recommend you to not sit in her area period.

5 /5 Sophia Abramowitz: Mark was wonderful! Not only was he adorable, but he was very attentive too! Our meal was even better because mark was our server. 10/10 rating! He was phenomenal and the environment was great. Make sure to ask for him next time

4 /5 Noemi Crespo Rice: Nordstrom Cafe is my go-to in any state I visit. This location did not disappoint. Food is excellent, and very fresh. Tasty salads and our server was very attentive. Only issue was not much crab on the salad which was a bit disappointing, but the avocado was VERY good and fresh I did find it strange to have to ask for bread, that is normally a given at Nordstrom cafes. The hostess greeters were not the friendliest but perhaps we caught them on an off day. Overall, very nice experience at this location.

4 /5 Thomas Strehle: Nice cafe at Nordstrom. Had several good experiences with the food. Sat at bar and had wine and French onion soup which was some of the best I’ve had. The help seems efficient but never too happy and the decor feels a bit outdated.
