5 /5 FlyMom 737: Danielee the new bartender who has only been here for 3 days is AMAZING!! She’s friendly and personable and makes really yummy drinks! Her trainer Alexis is just as amazing. The customer service between the two of them is above and beyond. They make a great team!

4 /5 Sharrell Majors: I haven’t had Cheddars in a long time so I was excited about going after church with my mom and her church friends. Chloe was our server and she was great. Even though she had a busy section, she fulfilled her steps of service gracefully and with a smile. My mom and her friends are not the easiest table but she was patient and kind. When my food order was wrong, she immediately got a manager involved and corrected my country fried chicken in less than 10 minutes. Speaking of managers, Ray was the kindest soul. I watched him greet tables all night long and make himself available for his team during a busy Sunday afternoon. As a fellow restaurant manager it is great to see someone who takes pride in what they do. He came over during the beginning of our meal to welcome us in, and came over once he heard about my country fried chicken and made sure to apologize and let me know it was in the works. The only issue I had was the cleanliness. The booths were dirty and so was the floor. Our silverware was wrapped but when we opened them they still had large food particles on them. When we were being brought to the table, the busser left a dirty tray on the clean table ( my pet peeve as a manager) that the host sat us at. Although he removed the tray, the table was wet and dirty from it being placed there. No restaurant is perfect, and you can always improve sanitation standards, but it is hard to come by hardworking and passionate staff and this location has that. Thank you Chloe and Ray! We will be back.

5 /5 Sharon Perkins: Orlando. FL. Wow, going to five stars. They have upped their game. Kat was the best server we’ve had in a long time; she remembered our complicated order without writing it down; the food came out just as we’d ordered; and Kat checked on our table and cleared our used plates and even our straw trash! She brought an extra glass of water when my water was at half full. She was personable and suggested appetizers. Kat was just polished and professional and really elevated our dining experience. The manager also helped coordinate our seating at the host area (the host was not there for awhile) and the manager got us situated quickly and wished us a good time. I noticed the manager also coordinating the servers at the kitchen exit. The servers were really doing well tonight as a team and also with their morale. The food was better than usual. Steve got the grilled shrimp and grilled chicken with pineapple pico de gallo over rice. It was fabulous! With hints of ginger and a spicy glaze, it elicited raves out of Steve. “This is really good!” he said three times. He even talked about it in the way home. Original review from 2023: My husband especially liked the crunchy breading on the chicken fried steak and we both loved the mashed potatoes with white gravy. I got the deal where you pick 4 sides plus a soup or salad and they all tasted great. After a bit we thought everything was a tad too salty but we love salt so we just drank a lot of water. This was a Friday night and the place was packed but the kitchen still got everything out in a timely manner. Good service. The only reason we didn’t give it five stars is we have a new Cheddars near our house and we like the cooking there better, perfectly seasoned. But maybe because it was Friday the cook was too busy to taste the food.

2 /5 Gabrial Silversmith: This may have been an off day, but what a disappointment from start to finish. I asked for coke with lime and receive lemon. Then we ordered a chips and queso. The chips were overcooked and dark in color and the queso had a very strong onion taste. It was odd. The salsa had very large pieces (like slices) of raw tomato that were clearly not part of the recipe but maybe we added to stretch the amount. Entrees - steak and grilled shrimp and the salmon dinner. The mashed potatoes were clearly made hours ago. Crusted over and dry on the plate. The grilled shrimp werent actually grilled and they were over a bed of rice with some kind of marinated topping. I ordered the grilled shrimp as a lighter option, so I was disappointed when it came out with extra calories I didnt know were standard. Steamed broccoli was good. Steak felt like a cheap piece of meat. I ordered it medium well and it came medium rare but since it was small and thin I just ate it. I was offered steak toppers so I got the mushrooms only for them to be canned. Very disappointing. The salmon dinner had ehh remarks. Bland. Their menu states "corn off the Cobb" which would give the impression of actual corn on the Cobb cut off the cob. No. It was frozen corn. While technically it is off the Cobb, it felt like false advertising. We had the Hot Fudge Cake Sundae for dessert that stated vanilla bean ice cream and homemade hot fudge. There was neither...French vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Plus the cake was dry and gritty. The fudge frosting was good. Massive slice of cake, but if it isnt good cake...whats the point? I ended up spending $50 (app, entree, dessert on my check) and the food was mediocre at best.

5 /5 Raymond Bewry: I completely understand why Cheddar’s is my cousin’s favorite restaurant—he practically dines there 2-3 times a week! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and promptly seated by the delightful Pat. My server, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was just as polite and welcoming when taking my order. I enjoyed the 8 oz grilled salmon glazed to perfection, served over rice with broccoli and French fries, accompanied by a refreshing glass of orange juice. For dessert, I indulged in apple pie topped with two scoops of ice cream. Every dish was cooked flawlessly, making the entire meal thoroughly enjoyable. All of this came at a very reasonable price of $31.14. I will definitely be returning soon to explore more of their delicious menu offerings!
