2 /5 Kristin Teague: Last season we came and ate and got drinks every Sunday afternoon to watch football and eat and drink. Today, we went to watch the game and asked 8 times, 8 different times literally for them to put the game on. When our server didn’t forget, she actually changed it twice and either her bf and friend or the BOH crew was on break because they kept switching the channel while sitting at the bar. Guess they were amused. We were not rude at all and finally asked another server who was super helpful and she finally put it on another TV. So yes the whole experience was ruined for us, when there’s 20 TVs in there and you have your TVs you were watching already on your game, then why was it necessary to switch the tv that was only viewable to me and my husband….. it was slow, like one party left so at one point it was just me and my husband in there….being a manager myself, when you barely have customers in there you should pay extra attention to the few you have bc they will matter the most. So for future, I guess we will watch the rest of the season elsewhere where the channels aren’t mysteriously getting changed and everyone laughing about it. Also, thought the fresh Rita was like $3 extra on those meal deals and mine was $7. Food was good though. The last server with the dark brown hair, super skinny, was great. Props to her bc she was the only one in there with drive to move fast and take care of us and her tables.
