1 /5 Heather Granger: I would honestly avoid this place like the plague! The staff is okay, however, I placed an order through the mobile app. I waited 40 minutes for my food, found out they did not have any fries or apple juice for my kids. I substituted for sweet tea, which they gave me two instead of three, had to fix that. When she gave me my food she said she put mozzarella sticks in there to make up for the fries. Cool, at this point Im over it, my lunch break is almost up and I have to get this food to my family and go back to work. When I start giving my kids their food, it was GROSS. Old looking tomatoes, lettuce was nasty looking. They literally gave me 12 cold mozzarella sticks to make up for the three small fries and three large fries. My family could not eat any of it. I had to doordash them something else, which is way more expensive than picking it up. At this point Im irritated, but I figured I could go through the app, talk to someone and request a refund. Sounds easy? NOPE. Its all automated. Somebody has to reach out to me within three days. Meanwhile Im stuck paying almost $60 for literal garbage wondering if theyll actually reach out to me. There is nobody to actually speak to on the phone. I know theyre probably doing their best. I know theres no AC. They need to shut it down honestly.
