Wendys - (Near Chipley, FL)

2 /5 Kelly Oakley: Service was very basic. We sat in the dining area for over 10 minutes waiting for our food ( We were the only customers) lacking cleanliness. Eggs on my Bacon Egg and Swiss were like eating rubber. Had to take them off.

1 /5 Kyrie Glisson: Can I give zero stars? This store is the worst fast food place I have ever been in. 3 people slowly working, 3 other employees sitting down in lobby no care in the world, line taking 30 minutes per order. Absolutely ridiculous Definitely dont go!

1 /5 Henry Williams: Well I couldn’t tell you how the food was because we left. Stood in line for 10 mins after being the next one up just to have the cashier tell me it would be a minute l. Then the cashier turns around and started watching the drive thru person bag her orders and continued to do this the whole time I was waiting for my order to be taken. She wasn’t doing anything just watching others work from her own little world while the manager hides in back and there’s 3 car pulled up and the DT wrapped around. I am a restaurant manager and this place should be shut down until they can find some help

3 /5 Robert Hadley: I waited 8 minutes at the drive-through for someone to come on the speaker, with only one person in front of me waiting at the pickup window. I dont remember the mans name, but he was hilarious and had excellent customer service and communication skills. My grilled chicken wrap was cold, though. Whoever the guy was, he should get a raise. The food quality and wait need improvement. Ive never been to this Wendys and not spent 10-15 minutes waiting, most of the time with nobody in front of me. If these improvements are made, Id definitely recommend this Wendys because others typically have good-tasting food.
