Krystall Graham The service was amazing from the hostess Bre to the manager Greg and even out waitress Lilly was amazing the staff was rememberable helpful and even took out picture at the end of the night. This spot is a must especially the last scenery at night and just ambiance it gives off. The Yuca fries was a little hard for my liking but Make sure you get beef emapnadas you wont be disappointed

Brandon Lancaster I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Huntsman Restaurant, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere had the perfect balance of warmth and sophistication—inviting, comfortable, and full of great energy. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the flavors were rich, balanced, and memorable. But what truly elevated the evening was our server, Luis. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the menu, offering excellent insights and thoughtful recommendations. His pairing suggestions were spot-on and really enhanced our dining experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, passion, and genuine hospitality the way he did. Overall, The Huntsman impressed me on every level—food, vibes, and service. I highly recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

M Thomas Dallas, our server, was very helpful, especially since it was our first visit. Bang bang shrimp appetizer was delicious bigger, crunchy & flavored just right. Scallops seared good, mushroom risotto creamy and paired well - wouldve liked more asparagus on top. NY Strip steak tender, creamy mashed potatoes, and the spinach extremely flavorful!! Unfortunately, they were out of Beignets. We will definitely visit again!

Luis Moreno This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Sarasota. They made me feel right at home. The best Neapolitan pizza Ive eaten in Naples. Soft and tasty with excellent Italian ingredients, such as flour, tomato, and mozzarella. The owner and chef, Cesare, knows what hes doing, overseeing the kitchen and making sure everything is fine at the tables. GRAZIE

Thomas Robinson Do yourself a big favor; make a reservation, put on something fancy and treat yourself to a culinary adventure. Maple & Ash knows what they are doing. Well appointed atmosphere, top notch professional service and some of the finest cocktails & victuals in town. When you walk in you are greeted & treated like a special guest. We had a delicious cocktail at the bar before taking a seat in our lux booth. Once settled in we grabbed a bottle of bubbles to sip while we perused a wine list thicker than an old school phone book. With a few caviar bumps we were ready to tackle course after course of decadent dishes and deliciously filthy wines. This place is great for ordering several dishes and sharing amongst your table. A very special thank you to the management for making our family visit special. They took very good care of us, and even gave us a menu with a custom message as a keepsake.
