Stéphanie C What a fantastic restaurant and amazing staff! I initially booked for a Friday night but, unfortunately, I was denied entry to my flight as I arrived after the cut-off time. I was kindly rebooked to a later flight, but that meant I would miss my reservation in Florida. Thankfully, the kind lady at Maass, Victoria, graciously moved my reservation to Monday night :thank you, Victoria! When I arrived, I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. I would have appreciated a small acknowledgment or even an offer of a drink during the wait, but once we were seated, the rest of the evening was absolutely incredible. Chef Ryan truly delivered! From the very first dish: oysters with a poached egg to the final dish, his personal favorite, a vanilla ice cream with hazelnuts, a lemon-flavored madeleine, and a delicious homemade jujube, it was an explosion of flavors in every bite. The 11-course meal was a journey, with each plate and drink pairing surpassing the last. My personal favorite dish was the Japanese rice with maitake mushrooms and a white sauce, and my favorite drink was the second pairing: a delightful mix of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus, and a subtle bitter finish. I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, whose name I didn’t catch, but I affectionately called him my “Colombian King.” He was proud of his heritage, full of energy, and incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the evening. I will definitely be back with my future husband and family. Truly an unforgettable dining experience!

Danyal Denney I travel a lot for work and have been to many truck stops. Ive never been more in love with a store! Any time I come through the area I always stop here. Its always clean and well stocked. Management is always friendly and super helpful. I would recommend stopping even if you have no need!

justin This place blew me away! I’m not exaggerating when I say the filet mignon I had here had the best crust I’ve ever tasted …. better than anything I’ve had in the US, Europe, Argentina, or Brazil. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor in every bite. I started with the Octopus Bruschetta, which was tender, flavorful, and a perfect opener before the main event. I sat at the bar, and Guy, the bartender, made the experience even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the cocktail list and the menu, gave great recommendations, and really elevated the whole dinner with his service and attention. The atmosphere is stunning, the drinks are on point, and the food is seriously top tier. If you’re a steak lover, this place is a must. I’ll absolutely be back!!

Steven Diez Went out for my wife and I’s anniversary. This was our first time having a tasting menu like this. Ibraham was our server, and he could not have been more incredible. In the middle of our dinner, he got assigned a very large table outside, but that didn’t slow him down in the slightest. He was very knowledgeable and made fantastic recommendations for wine pairings with our meal. The food was absolutely amazing! I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our final course before dessert, but it was just as great as everything else. And the dessert…..coming from a Latin American household, I can confidently say that was the best tres leches my wife and I have ever had. I truly have nothing negative to say about any bit of our experience tonight. I would absolutely love to come back!

Big E-Z I visited this Arbys at around midnight after several hours of driving an 8 hour rode trip. The Arbys was apart of a Loves truck stop. Their food was fresh and the customer service exceptional. Thank you very much for an enjoyable visit.
