Honest & Fair Feedback Reviews Frustrating Visit - No Ice Cream, No Ketchup We visited this McDonalds location with our kids, who were really looking forward to getting ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working, so there were no cones, sundaes, or McFlurries available at all, which was a big disappointment for them. To add to the frustration, when we got our fries, we asked for ketchup and were told there was none available either. We left without any ketchup for our fries. The restaurant was also not as clean as you typically expect a McDonalds to be. The company highlights cleanliness as a top priority, so this was noticeable and disappointing. The drive-thru was very busy, which likely contributed to the overall experience. While I understand that individual locations can face challenges, the combination of missing basic items and the environment made for a poor visit this time. · No Ice Cream: Machine was not working; no dessert options available. · No Ketchup: Requested but unavailable for fries. · Cleanliness: Restaurant was not clean. · Service Speed: Drive-thru was very busy.

Jake Ladrigan Food was great. Staff was friendly. Been here a couple of times and the food has always been good. The carnitas alone are worth going back for again and again.

Erin Head We enjoy hanging out at The Cold Spot. Its a laid back atmosphere with friendly people. They have great drink specials and live music. We have had a few items from the menu at the at the Spot On Grill and everything has been great so far! The chicken wings, the cheese steak, and the chicken tenders are all really good! The chicken tenders are freshly made and not the frozen kind. The sauces are great, especially the ranch. Love having this as an option while hanging out at the Cold Spot.

warren whittington I typically take my family here on Wednesdays for their weekly special. But on this particular night (7/13/25), we called to place an order, and we and were told they didn’t have any pizza sauce. Say what !?!? But still… always a good experience eating here.

Rick Rhodes I feel like the quality of food at all Popeyes as gone down hill. It used to be one of my favorite fast food stops for a quick bite. In the last year or so the chicken sandwich has gotten smaller and the chicken in the sandwich not as tender and juicy. Probably wont be going to Popeyes again for a while. The staff at this one were very friendly. The dining area had stuff all over the front table and looked messy.

Brett Canada Not fancy or flashy. Just some really tasty Southern food in a quiet and relaxed, unassuming restaurant. Buffet style. The fried tilapia was some of the best I have had in years anywhere. Not over fried and not over spiced. The rutabeggas i just cannot get back home in Tucson. Thanks for the old school southern hospitality and good food. What a nice luch for my Moms 88th birthday. Kudos! Yall.
