Sauced Hogs - Hernando

Rating: 4.5 /5
Jim Burgraff Great experience at Sauced Hogs. We had a group of nine people going to a concert that was canceled and decided to get some barbecue. None of us had been to Sauced Hogs but the establishment was recommended by some friends. They were right, the experience was very good. It started a bit disheveled as no one greeted us as we walked in and we had no idea if we had to wait to be seated or not. A line quickly formed at the door yet no one came to help. I went to the bar and again had to wait for a bartender who finally said we were to find our own seating. We pushed a few tables together but a waiter came by and said we couldn’t do that near the rear door but didn’t do anything to help (you could tell he was slammed as it was very busy). We split into 2 tables and after quite a wait he came back to get drink orders. The waiter was really good and very helpful, he quickly realized non of us had been there before and gave us recommended choices. He kept our glasses full until the food finally arrived. The order seemed to take forever but the place was packed. The food was worth the wait. The prime rib is smoked so nothing like the prime rib in a steak place. It was one of the best prime rib meals I have ever had. The vegetables were also grilled and had a wonderful smoked flavor too. Most were satisfied with their food choices. I will definitely be back for their prime rib!!!

Dos Amigos Taqueria Restaurant - Wauchula

Julien Williams Randomly stopped in this place on the way to Orlando from Naples. We had pollo, al pastor, carnitas, camarones, birria, and carne asada tacos and they are all good. Best tacos I’ve ever had.

Justin Standifer Great breakfast here. Served until 11am everyday. Their western omelet is the best around. Good pit stop on the way to Branford or Bell.

La Granja - Sanford

Gonzalo S Ive tried many La Granjas and this one is no exception. Great food at a great price. Would recommended their Rotisserie chicken, it never disappoints. If your a La Granja fan like myself, this one would satisfy your needs. Blessings.

Sonora Eats - Fort Pierce

Grant Woods This place is a great find! Me and some of my coworkers stopped here for dinner and were super happy we did! The gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to give us a full service experience! Bringing us samples of horchata, house made bread and tortillas, and some very great salsa! (Woo it is hot though! So heed the warning lol) We all ordered tacos that were great and super flavorful. And I got a Sonora dog which might have been one of the best hot dogs I’ve ever had! If you’re in the area, make it a point to stop. Next time I travel through the area I’ll definitely be dining again!
