Chris Ramos Everything about this meal was outstanding. The ribeye was cooked to perfection — incredibly tender and full of rich flavor. Even the simple Caesar salad was impressive, elevated by house-made croutons that might be some of the best I’ve ever had. The twice-baked potato with truffles was truly one of a kind, and you could tell that even the side dishes were made with care and precision. I paired my meal with a nice bottle of Bordeaux, which complemented the steak beautifully. To finish, the butter cake with bananas foster was the perfect sweet ending to an already amazing dinner. A special shout-out to our server Anna, who was incredibly attentive, warm, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this restaurant — I’ll definitely be returning!

James Tracy A friend and I had an outstanding experience at Ember and Oak in Melbourne Florida during our visit to Cocoa Beach. The ambiance and overall dining experience were refined, sophisticated, and truly top-tier. Having spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry—working in leadership roles around the world—I tend to notice the details, and Ember and Oak impressed me on many levels. Coming from Las Vegas, I’m particularly selective about where I dine, and it’s the small details that separate great restaurants from the rest. Ember and Oak absolutely delivers on that front. Our server, Kate, was exceptional. It was our first visit, so we had several questions, and she knew the menu inside and out. Her service was attentive without being intrusive, and she consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Having worked alongside some truly career-level servers and bartenders in my past, I can confidently say Kate ranks among the very best I’ve encountered. The food was prepared beautifully. We shared the KC strip, which came out slightly rarer than expected—but that was entirely on us, not the kitchen. The presentation, quality, and flavor were spot-on. The Brussels sprouts and shiitake mushrooms were outstanding, with generous portions and incredible flavor. Thank you, Kate, for making our evening memorable. Carrie Sunde We had a fantastic dinner at Capital Grille at The Bell Tower. Our server (I believe his name was Fletcher) was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional with excellent attention to detail. He made the experience feel special and went above and beyond. The food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and incredible food. Perfect spot for a special occasion or a nice night out. We will definitely be back!

DJ This was our first visit and we were very impressed. This was the best dining experience of any restaurant I’ve been to in Jacksonville. Service from Ryan and Jonathan 10/10. Second courses: Escargot 10/10 - Incredible Tomato Corn Bisque 8/10 - Perfect, but flavor profile is strong. Entrees: Catch of the day 10/10 - was Chilean sea bass. The most perfectly cooked fish we’ve ever had. It was essentially a giant scallop. Pork Chop 7/10 - Very good, carrots were incredible,but I’d try something else next time. Sides: Peppers 7/10. They were good but wouldn’t get again Truffle fries 9/10. A very large portion even for two people. Drinks 10/10. Reasonably priced and delicious. If you have the budget to splurge on a dinner this is the place to go. Under $200 for two drinks, two courses each and dessert.

josean garcia Its always going to be difficult review places like Charleys because you really really have to nitpick about anything that could possibly go wrong, and they make it very hard to find something wrong. And with that being said, I couldnt find anything to nitpick it was perfect from the complimentary valet parking, all the way to the bathrooms, and of course the food was fantastic the 50oz porterhouse was perfectly cooked, its hilariously sized. The servers and the atmosphere are top class, everyone is respectful and helpful. Charleys steakhouse is absolutely where you go to celebrate accomplishments. And its expensive but 100% worth the price because they really dont miss.

Joshua Pagan Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We stopped by Steak 954 in Las Olas about 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night, but the hostess assured us we would have time to eat and not be rushed. It was not packed at that time, and we decided to sit outside. Ordered the Starr Pinot, the mashed potatoes, fries, crab cake, jumbo shrimp cocktail and two house Filet Mignons (8oz & 12oz). Everything was delicious, we will definitely be stopping by the next time we are in town. Shout-out to our amazing server, Yelena, all of her recommendations were spot on and her attention to detail was appreciated. Amazing food and experience, cant wait for next time!
