Mother Wolf - Miami

Rating: 4.3 /5
Dan Day Best restaurant in Miami period. The most authentic Roman Italian food around. Honestly everything on the menu is good. From the mushroom pizza to the pizza that has lemon on it, also pasta, fantastic gnocchi creamy, and Rich. The bread is even a star of the show. Dessert fantastic. The service treats you like you’re a dignitary. Danny was our waiter and was great. The atmosphere second to none. The squash blossoms for an appetizer are magnificent. The salads are simple yet bursting with flavor. Is busy every night so you will have to make a reservation in advance. Parking not crazy bad but not easy. It is a magical night every night you go to Mother Wolf.

James Tracy A friend and I had an outstanding experience at Ember and Oak in Melbourne Florida during our visit to Cocoa Beach. The ambiance and overall dining experience were refined, sophisticated, and truly top-tier. Having spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry—working in leadership roles around the world—I tend to notice the details, and Ember and Oak impressed me on many levels. Coming from Las Vegas, I’m particularly selective about where I dine, and it’s the small details that separate great restaurants from the rest. Ember and Oak absolutely delivers on that front. Our server, Kate, was exceptional. It was our first visit, so we had several questions, and she knew the menu inside and out. Her service was attentive without being intrusive, and she consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Having worked alongside some truly career-level servers and bartenders in my past, I can confidently say Kate ranks among the very best I’ve encountered. The food was prepared beautifully. We shared the KC strip, which came out slightly rarer than expected—but that was entirely on us, not the kitchen. The presentation, quality, and flavor were spot-on. The Brussels sprouts and shiitake mushrooms were outstanding, with generous portions and incredible flavor. Thank you, Kate, for making our evening memorable. I will absolutely recommend you and Ember and Oak to my friends and colleagues whenever they’re in Florida. — Jim

Stirrups Restaurant - Ocala

Lid Today was our first visit to Stirrups and the World Equestrian Center. We made our reservations for brunch. last night and everything went perfectly this morning. We were greeted up front by some of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. Our Server was very information and she had enthusiasm and pizazz that you just do not see anymore these days in the hospitality industry. We ordered the Deviled Eggs and Bread Basket to start which were so delicious. We then had the Imperial Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, Omelette and Equestrian Breakfast. Everyone loved their entrees, the service and the ambiance. At the end of our meal, a Manager came by to check on us and we were surprised by a lovely Florida Citrus dessert. It was delicious. We will definitely be back for a visit soon. Thank you so much to the team for making our experience one of the best in a long, long time. :)

Michael Encinosa Man, this was my first kind of high-end steak restaurant and it was amazing! The steak was worth every penny. The appetizers were really good!We had the escargo, calamari, scallops and meatballs. Scallops and calamari were the best Ive ever had. I had the 22 oz prime ribeye and it literally melted in your mouth! Best steak Ive ever had by far. All the sides that we had were great as well. Cant complain. And to finish it all off. Try the espresso creme brulee with a cappuccino and that too was wonderful! I highly recommend trying out Malios! Also to top it all off the atmosphere was great! And the service was phenomenal. I forgot our servers name but she was extremely professional and attentive. Ill definitely be coming back here one day.

Elcielo Restaurant Miami - Miami

Rating: 4.3 /5
Andrew Lim El Cielo offers one of the most memorable Michelin dining experiences in Miami, blending modern Colombian cuisine with a creative, sensory-driven tasting menu. The restaurant is intimate and beautifully designed, and the service is warm, polished, and attentive from the moment you walk in. The tasting menu is the highlight here and the 18 course experience is thoughtfully presented, balancing technique with flavors and utilizing different temperatures and textures. Signature moments like the chocotherapy (a dish where you lick chocolate from your fingers), the interactive “Tree of Life” bread service, crunchy stone crab empanadas, "Lulo" dessert and "Rose Petals" add a playful, immersive touch without feeling gimmicky. Dishes throughout the meal showcase traditional Colombian dishes, clean flavors and beautiful plating. The pacing is smooth and efficient (approximately 1.5 hours for the whole experience), and the staff does an excellent job explaining each course and its inspiration. Wine pairings are also available along with non-alcoholic beverages if you prefer something lighter. While the experience is definitely on the higher end, the quality, creativity, and hospitality make it feel special and worth the occasion. El Cielo is a great choice for anyone looking for a unique, thoughtful, and beautifully executed tasting menu in Miami. Note this restaurant is also on the InKind which is helpful to offset some of the cost.
