Florida Boy Burger Co. - (Near Fort Myers, FL)

RichieNY Our first time at Ovation did not let us down. We decided to go with 4 appetizers: Loaded baked potato skins w/brisket was a solid 5 as were the crab cakes. The Shrimp were a pleasant surprise as they are still serving Jumbo Shrimp when other establishments are cutting back to small or medium Shrimp, Im going with a 4 on the Shrimp, the breading was pretty heavy for my personal taste. The smoked wings were unfortunately over smoked which led to them having a bitter taste, i do smoke lots of wings at home and its a delicate dance as to how much time to leave wings in a smoker and which wood to use (I always use cherry wood) but wings take on smoke very quickly and you gotta find the balance as I have definitely over smoked some at home myself, Im going with a 3 on the wings. I will be trying the fried option on the next visit for sure. Pricing is all relative, there were no small portions so I thought it was worth the money!!! I will be visiting Ovation again!!

Zarina Steward We went for my birthday and it was a great night! First our server was Michelle and she was awesome from the start, the perfect mix of sarcasm and rude without going too overboard. She interacted really well with everyone at the table, and the service was great. The food, amazing. We were a group of 11, and not one had anything nad to say about their meal. My fish tacos were loaded and definitely fresh. The atmosphere, was very upbeat. The manager on stopped at our table to see how everything was going. It was a very enjoyable night!

Finally stayed for the trivia night last night and had an absolute blast (winning helped, go Team Ur Mom) Theyve only ever served me a prefect burger, fajitas are amazing. The staff are top notch. Josh is incredible, remembers my roomies quirky order preferences and we always feel like this place is our version of Cheers. Awesome vibe all around always

Elizabeth Hadden Great food, nice vibes, good drinks, friendly service. The prices are really good for the quality of the food too! Highlights were the Korean bbq tacos, the cauliflower hush puppies, and the bacon side. Seriously, don’t skip the bacon! The other dishes (Caesar salad, fries, chicken lollipops, empanadas, bread pudding) were also good but not as notable. Still would go back for those as well. There are also tons of funky, flavorful cocktails with options for everyone. This is a great neighborhood spot but is also worth a drive. It’s unique, creative, and quality food. It has good energy and upscale notes while staying genuine.
