Teresa Gilland The real star of dinner wasn’t the food. It was our server, Darian. She alone, gets 5/5 ⭐️!! She is sweet, funny, and personable! As a local business owner, GOOD workers are hard to find! She kept our drinks full, table entertained, and out food was perfect!. She turned a normal dinner out into something we truly enjoyed! We will definitely be back, and we will be asking to be seated with Darian from now on! Thanks for being a rockstar!!

Everything came out promptly and the staff kept things moving without feeling rushed. Atmosphere: Exactly what you want from a neighborhood bar-style restaurant. Well laid out, plenty of space, and a comfortable, relaxed vibe. The Verdict: The Porch delivers where it counts—great food, solid service, and a welcoming atmosphere. A strong choice for burgers, sandwiches, bar bites, and an easygoing night out.

Dustin Beard All the great reviews here are correct! We walked in and Richard took our order and helped answer our questions. He was very nice! Then we took a seat and shortly our order came out. The waitstaff were all very attentive and friendly and they actually seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was refreshing! And our burgers and fries were fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious! We were staying at the Embassy Suites just around the corner and wished we had discovered this place earlier in our trip! Would go back to this place in a heartbeat!

Chris Parrino We had not dined at Toojays for several years since they closed during the COVID pandemic. We decided to return to this Toojays location for breakfast recently. We thoroughly enjoyed it so we decided to return for dinner. We were greeted at the door by the host and he was seating us at a half booth. We requested a full booth and he was happy to seat us in an adjoining room. We were soon approached by our server, Kathy P, who introduced herself and took our drink order. When she returned we ordered soup for my wife and an appetizer to be shared. We were not certain of our entree choices and she was very patient with us. My wife ordered the Salmon well done and lightly seasoned. When Kathy brought it it was prepared perfectly as ordered. I had the Brisket Dip which was excellent. During our meal Kathy kept our drinks filled and checked back on us often. The staff removed our plates promptly after we were finished. We finished up with a selection of rugalach and coffee, both of which were fresh and delicious. After we were presented the check, we decided to take a few more pieces of rugalach home with us and asked if we could get them at the front counter. Kathy very kindly offered to get them for us and bring them to the table. We were delighted with our meal and the wonderful service Kathy provided. We are looking forward to returning very soon.

nathan goodfellow Always good service, cold, beers, good cocktails, always plenty of room, picnic table area, lounging area, patio area, dining area, big bar lots of seats . it’s under new management and the new manager is really putting some love into this place. It’s super refreshing to see . I dig this place and it’s good to see that other people do too . Always fun to ride the motorcycle straight up from Cafe 27 have a beer and a sandwich and then head back down to Fort Lauderdale. Nice easy 50 minute ride no traffic always a good time. If you’ve never stopped in the gift shop you should. Its got a lot of fun swag.
