Indulgence Southern Bistro - (Near Jacksonville, FL)

Svetlana Chapman We weren’t sure what to expect, thought it might be a Middle Eastern spot, but it turned out to be a cozy, elegant restaurant with great vibes and friendly staff. The menu had lots of tasty options, and the daily specials were impressive. I got the corvina, and it was delicious! Everything’s made from scratch, and the wine list had some nice surprises. Not cheap, but totally worth it. Left happy and satisfied!

Cyd R Good and fresh seafood, popular with the locals and we enjoyed it too. Not fancy at all, just good food that you order and pay for at the counter when you enter. Friendly staff and great service. We ordered the butterfly shrimp and fried catfish. Our sides were tossed salad, baked beans, French fries and squash, all of which were good. They serve beer and wine. The key lime pie was very good. We were full after just a few bites of our meal so we took the rest home. I guess if it aint broke dont fix it but I thought some background music would be nice.

Jim Riesterer I was a bit apprehensive driving down a sketchy road into a sea port for fishing then you come around the bend and see this amazing place. Perched literally on the water and adjacent to a seafood packing facility, this large restaurant with both indoor and waterside seating blew me away. We ordered the blackened grouper sandwich (a staple at every Florida seafood spot) and this one definitely set the standard against which all future ones we try will have to beat (not likely). Definitely one of the freshest and tastiest I’ve had. While service was a bit leisurely (took a while to get the check), the food and atmosphere made waiting no big deal. Our table looked out on a mass of pelicans waiting for seafood scraps next door. They do take online reservations and in season these would be a must.

Lauren Sances We came to here for some apps and drinks while we waited for our sunset cruise. We were completely blown away by the service we received. Manager Eric and his team made sure our dinner and drinks came out in plenty of time to make our boat. The food was phenomenal and they made us feel like true family! They took the time to take a few group photos for us and took it to the next level! We returned two days later to have them fry up our catch from our fishing expedition it was DELISH! Great service, great food and great cocktails. If I lived any closer I would be here every night!

Brian Butz Arrived in the late evening with my appetite fully awake! Received prompt attention and service.. enjoyed the mood that everybody was in along with the many flat screen TVs that were on the wall.. ordered my drink and my steak dinner. Asked about the sides.. The bartender recommended the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.. absolutely delicious! You definitely want to try the mac and cheese. Steak was cooked medium rare the way I like it on point.. definitely an eatery you want to visit when youre in town!

Daniel Lewis This place is incredible! As soon as we walked in I had high hopes. I served and bartended for 8+ years so my expectations are usually on the high side. Our server Chloe was phenomenal. Super nice and attentive and her recommendations were spot on.
