Jacos Bayfront Bar & Grille - (Near Pensacola, FL)

5 /5 Jenna Bodin: My family and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My mahi reuben was delicious, I highly recommend giving it a try. Our server and the manager were very kind, excellent service. Our water glasses were kept full throughout our meal and the waitress made sure everything was taken care of at all times.

4 /5 Justin: Tasty food with great views. While we didn’t absolutely love the food, it was still good overall. Being outside around sunset was especially nice, and this seems like a great spot for brunch as well.

3 /5 Treasea Morrow: I would recommend sitting outside. The restaurant is extremely loud. The fried green tomato appetizer was really good and our dessert was really good. The appetizer and dessert are what we liked the best about the meal. I got the Chicken Satay which is an August feature. The waitress told me it was a nice size piece of chicken so I was thinking chicken breast but it was 3 chicken fingers and they were tough (18.95). My husband got the crab cake salad and the menu described the crab cakes as jumbo. I would not consider them jumbo at all (24.95). He did say the crab cakes were good but smaller than he thought being listed as jumbo. We dont visit the area often and wanted to try something new but we dont feel like we got our moneys worth here because our main entrees were ok. We each got a drink from the bar. They were ok. Our bill was over $100 (including tip). If the main dishes had been excellent, we wouldnt have thought anything about the total bill. Not being mean, just realistic.

3 /5 THEEJT: We had to wait over an hour for a table for our large group. Waiting outside was nice though. Appetizers and drinks were good, staff was welcoming. The reason for the 3 stars, we ordered a steak, waitress never asked how we wanted it cooked. It came out very very rare, the rarest Ive ever seen a steak at any steakhouse. Waitress said, oh i thought u wanted it rare?? We asked if they could cook it more medium well. They obviously threw it in the microwave for a few, then brought back our same steak. It looked ok, but when we cut into it again, it was still rare. Ive never seen any restaurant, that doesnt ask how u want a steak cooked, just assume you might want it still moo-ing. We dont mind a medium steak, but this combined with the long wait kind of ruined the experience. It wasnt worth asking to fix the steak again. Everyone else in our group liked their food, so we will give it another try next time were in pensacola, but we will not order the steak again

5 /5 Anca D: Absolutely Loved It! We dined at Jaco’s Bayfront Bar & Grille and had an AMAZING experience! The food was absolutely delicious—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the prices were really, really convenient, especially considering the quality and location. Speaking of location, it couldn’t be better. The restaurant sits right on the water, and their patio is such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. We watched the boats and were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset—it was truly the perfect evening. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Pensacola. Highly recommend!
