5 /5 Robert Valdes: Feels like being in the keys but close to home. Very well put together seating area with amazing atmosphere and live music, I wish I had known of this place before. I honestly think this is the best dining experience in Brevard county on the water. We had the tuna nachos and ribeye steaks, even the pizza was amazing. I will definitely be returning with friends and family after a fishing trip to share the experience since there is boat docking connected to the establishment. Thank you Aubrey for the hospitality, she was amazing and really made us feel at home.

5 /5 Sandy: Jaron was an awesome server. He suggested the fresh lobster on our salad, which was amazing! Be sure to try the fish dip. My lobster bisque was delicious. We can’t wait to come back, but we will make sure we are here a bit earlier so we can hear the music.

Tucked right on the river, it’s one of the few places in the Melbourne/Beachside area where you can literally pull up by boat — and trust me, we always do. Tons of slips make docking a breeze, and if you’re driving, there’s plenty of parking too. Just a heads-up: summer weekends get busy, so arriving early is the move. Take a look at their little shop across the street, have some really cute local merch if you have a wait. One of the things that keeps us coming back (we’ve been here 20+ times!) is the live music. They usually have live music on weekends and holidays, and they are thoughtful on the volume — lively enough to set the vibe, but not so loud that you can’t actually talk. Combine that with the river views — honestly the best on the Space Coast — and the ambiance is unbeatable. Now let’s talk food, because Marker 24 absolutely nails it. The menu is casual, but everything is consistently delicious. Our go‑tos are the Roast Beef Sandwich, Fresh Catch Tacos, Burger, Tuna, and the Tuna Tartare. And do yourself a favor: start with the trio chips & dip — their queso is ridiculously good. Drinks? They’ve got you covered. The full bar is fantastic, and their Casamigos Margarita and Hugo Spritz are top-tier. Plus, they carry local Intercoastal brews and all your favorite seltzers. It’s the kind of place where everyone in your group finds something they love, and a perfect place to bring out of town guest for a legit local feel. Service is always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming — exactly what you want from a local spot you keep coming back to. If we could make one tiny request: a fryer for French fries would be a game-changer for the sides, and a little au jus for the roast beef sandwich would take it from great to legendary.
