McDonalds - (Near Perry, FL)

1 /5 Chantrice Garcia: I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie with my meal for a $1.40 upcharge. The employee handed me a pinkish smoothie, and when I asked her if it was mango, she just said she couldnt accept it back and offered to exchange it. She sounded frustrated and asked us to pull forward for the rest of our food, as if it was my fault. Then, a male, who wasnt in uniform and had no name tag, delivered our smoothie without the rest of our meal. He was very nice, but it seemed like he didnt work there or have a clue what he was doing, as he had to go back inside for the rest of our meal as we had to ask where it was. When I lifted the smoothie to put the straw in, there were clearly black hairs in it. My stomach has completely turned, and Im disgusted. I have children who were supposed to consume this, and Ill never return to this McDonalds. Please beware of the disgruntled employees at this establishment.

1 /5 s.g. w: food was not edible. so overcooked it was disgusting. employees were rude, and it seemed comical to manager about the complaint of my burnt chicken. absolutely no pride in their work, food, appearance or store.

1 /5 David Smith: Stopped in for breakfast at this Perry Florida location around 7am on a Sunday. The worst McDonalds breakfast i ever had!! How can you leave pancakes on the griddle until they are so dried out i could not CUT them with your plastic fork! What the heck.... so disgusting i tossed them in your parking lot. What a waste of my hard earned money. The workers here dont care they are lazy and put zero effort into my food. The cleanup guy outside even gave us a dirty look / evil eye lol clearly unhappy. Come on people put some effort into YOUR JOB. I wont be back

4 /5 Wayne DeLeeuw: The people were great. Service down seems no trays and maybe no napkins had a roll of paper towels. Dine in food served in a bag and only one napkin.

1 /5 Ray Resnick: We stopped here for breakfast on 10/19/25 while traveling up US 19N. There was one male standing at the counter staring at the cash register screen and ignored us. We went to the quiosque and placed our order - No receipt - No order number so we had to guess which one was ours on the screen. While waiting, an elderly couple tried in vain to get someones attention because their order did not include their drinks. Finally, they caught someones attention and he just grabbed the receipt of of their order and walked away with it. While still endlessly waiting for our order, a tour bus showed up with a load of senior citizens. They stood a the counter and pleaded for the guy at the register to take their orders. He did not even look up. Some woman behind the counter kept walking around staring at her cell phone, also ignoring them. We finally got our order, which was cold and lousy. This is the WORST McDonalds that I have EVER been in and one of the WORST establishments of any kind that I have EVER been in. There are other places nearby; save yourself the AGONY!
