1 /5 Sisi McD: *update* Dropping down to one star. We come here every morning for coffee at narrative. They have an outdoor seating area much like mercato is outside. Countless mornings we have come up here, sat outside with our coffee, and have been very disturbed by the employee walking by and leaf blowing! Kicking up dirt around us and having it fly into our coffee is unacceptable! You think that’s bad? This morning, while sitting outside, an employee walks by, and is spraying bleach on the concrete!! Mind you, I’m allergic to bleach and instantly start sneezing, we also have two small dogs and bring them with us! The guy spraying literally boxed us in with the bleach! I’m not sure who runs this schedule at Mercato for this stuff, but you guys need to be more mindful of not only the residents there, but your customers too! This work should be done extremely early or late.
Mercato has gone soooo down hill! In the past few months they have started a project in the middle of the complex.. making it completely cut off, no driving/walking through the middle. Not only do I feel bad for the surrounding business’, but also the residents. My husband and I can’t even go and sit at the coffee shop outside and enjoy coffee at 9 in the morning because the work is so obscenely LOUD! On top of the obnoxious, unnecessary construction, the actual ground keepers at Mercato are very inconsiderate. Also pressure washing the concrete at 9:30 in the morning around the coffee shop when people are trying to sit outside and enjoy coffee is absolutely crazy. And when you walk by the worker pressure washing, he doesn’t even turn off the pressure washer to let you get by. Also hope that whatever you pressure wash with is dog friendly. As many people including us bring our pets here. This place used to be so quiet and friendly. It has been ruined, in our opinion.
