5 /5 Andrew Sanderson: Another wonderful restaurant tucked away in a strip mall. However, once you arrive, you can tell this place is going to be special. The decor outside and inside is top notch, and welcoming, albeit parking looks like it could be a problem on busy nights.
The menu is diverse and I was told everything is made in house.
You start with chips and salsa, and a nice, cold bottle of water. Both were gratis and on point. I opted for the lunch fajitas and they came out by my server, Tay, sizzling and the entire plate looked great. Tay was on top of it, and it is nice to see the entire staff wearing ear pieces, which probably helped the food come out on time.
Mexican rice can be, shall we say, bland sometimes. But this rice was top notch, and the refried beans had a very unique flavor that was enjoyed. The tortillas were warm and tasty x as was the meal.
Will have to come back on the weekend to try some margaritas.
