Oxbow Bar & Grill - (Near Fort Myers, FL)

J D We had the brisket, baked, beans, Mac n cheese, and jalapeño poppers. The brisket was EXCELLENT!!! They offer 3 sizes for the entrees, I got the medium size called “steer” and it had about 5 slices. I will definitely get the large “bull” size next time. The Alabama white sauce they offer doesn’t disappoint either! Staff are very welcoming and friendly! Great outdoor ambiance with covered picnic tables.

flcrespo1 My wife and I went with our dog Hunter. Had a great time. 3 tacos dinner my wife had the shrimp. Neyda our server was great very friendly and even took care of our Hunter. Great server and food thanks to all of you at El matador. Will definitely recommend and return again

Jeffrey Parks I was so solo, so I sat the bar, the three gentlemen working behind the bar were all excellent and worked fantastic as a team. Stephen helped me the most picking out perfect bourbon and making the best old-fashioned I’ve ever had. I also had the best octopus appetizer I’ve ever had and the best squid seafood pasta I’ve ever had. All the pastas are made in house. They helped me pair my pasta with a beautiful Tenuta Italian wine. Everybody sitting around me was friendly and happy and the place had a really nice vibe. Anytime I’m in Tallahassee will definitely come back here.

Dawn Kennedy The pieces and family are top notch people. The food is so extraordinary every time I go, which is about 2 to 3 times a week. Always new specials. Always made with love. I cant say enough about this place. Some of the photos are with broccoli since I cant have noodles and rice. So, they accommodate me by putting my food over broccoli. The photos with noodles and rice are of my friends and boyfriends plates
