Scott LaCroix We randomly picked Bagigios for takeout and really got lucky! Walking in I knew this was a good call, the big oven dominating the room gives off great atmosphere immediately. The pizza is classic Italian style, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and comfortable. Service was quick, the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Well be going back for a sit down meal soon

Jay Thomas We absolutely love this Old Salty Dog location near St. Armands Circle in Sarasota. The restaurant is waterfront and right next to a marina/boat yard and marine center. There are always boats being launched, refueling, or just cruising by. On a sunny day, it is a perfect waterfront spot in Sarasota to boat watch. The Pelicans are always swooping for fish and putting on a show for restaurant guests. You can also occasionally see jelly fish, we just saw a couple hundred swimming by on our last visit. Rain or shine, Old Salty Dog is always worth a visit. The patio gets the perfect amount of sun on a sunny day with light sun shades, a gulf breeze, and the perfect sunset back drop. On rainy days, you might have to wait a minute for an inside table or seat at the bar because they stay busy, but it is worth the wait. As the name implies, they are known for their deep fried hot dogs and dog bites which are always a favorite. The burgers also hit the spot for a change up and the seafood doesn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for a frozen drink on a hot day, a delicious rum runner, or just a beer they have something for everyone. The parking lot gets full pretty quick with limited spaces while they are working on the building next door, but additional lots are across the street and a short 2 minute walk. We’d highly recommend Old Salty Dog for a casual waterfront restaurant in Sarasota with good food, good drinks, and the ability to come in your swim suit by boat or car.

Grace Ramirez Our organization, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers at the University of Florida, recently hosted our formal end-of-semester celebration, “Una Noche de Salsa,” at Tinker Latin Restaurant, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From months ahead in the planning process to the moment of the event, the team at Tinker went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their care and attention to detail made us feel supported every step of the way, and with their help, we were able to see our beautiful vision come to life! They truly treated our celebration as if it were their own. The food was absolutely delicious and made many of our Hispanic members feel right at home. It was authentic, flavorful, and a highlight of the evening! With 150 guests in attendance, we were able to fully utilize their projection screen, stage, and microphone system to display awards and recognize our members in a professional and meaningful way. Thanks to the incredible hospitality, professionalism, and dedication of the Tinker team, this was one of the best events our organization has ever hosted. We are so grateful and cannot recommend Tinker Latin Restaurant enough for group celebrations and special events!

Ross Macdonald I’ve been wanting to come here for years but they weren’t open on the weekends, well they are now! I really enjoyed Calypso and Estefania our waitress was so nice . The mussels and oysters are verrrrry good! Highly recommend .

Hugh Matheson I had business in South Florida and had occasion to drive a little north to Stuart and found the amazing Boathouse! It is on the south side of the Treasure Coast in Stuart Downtown. We had fantastic food and great service. It is right on the Intracoastal and we would have sat outside except for the wind. I had coconut crusted Mahi. Very light coconut flavor and the risotto had a little heat. Big portion! Fish was cooked perfectly. My wife had overstuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon. In the tiny bite she grudgingly gave up I only tasted lump crab, no breading really. Our party also had cranberry walnut salad and real French onion soup. Our server was attentive and friendly and knowledgeable. Derek? I paid on a tablet and did not select paper receipts. I instantly got a text and empowers for $10 next visit! Everything and everyone was wonderful.
