Papa Johns Pizza - (Near Green Cove Springs, FL)

2 /5 Dee: To many times they get the order wrong compared to getting it right. I just had an order where I asked for a pizza to be well done, cut into squares with extra sauce. They did none of those things, I payed for an extra cup of sauce, I did not get it, I didnt get the garlic sauce that supposed to come with the pizza either. Why even have options for a pizza if they never actually do the things you ask for. This happens way too often. I spend allot of money to just get whatever they feel like giving me. Picture is what extra sauce square cut looks like on a pizza they gave me.

1 /5 Anthony McDowell: family wanted pizza for dinner, so I decided to order from Papa Johns online. For some reason the website wasnt working, and gave me an error. After trying several different way I sent my son to Papa Johns to order the pizza. My son arrived and tried to order the gameday special. The employee explained to him that the game day special was only available online. My son called and explained this to me, so I told him to order the buy one get one deal. Again he was meet with thats for online only. After my son called the second time and told me we had to order it online I ent to Papa johns because I thought it was a mistake because nothing on the website stipulated it was an online item only. When I arrived and spoke to the cashier I explained I tried to order the pizza online but the website wasnt working properly and the website didnt say it was for online purchase. The cashier was very friendly and explained there wasnt anything she could do, so I ordered two large pizzas and a drink, but before I could tap my card to pay another female who was making the pizzas asked me to leave because I was yelling. I explained to her that I have scar tissue build up in my ears and I have a hard time hearing plus the echo in the store was making it sound louder. After explaining to her she then called the cops. When the cops arrived they could see I wasnt being loud and disrespectful and the store manager was called up to the store where she admitted that I was discriminated against and she would have a talk with the employee. I was discriminated against and refused service because I was talking loud. I never made a threat I was simply having a conversation with the cashier about the situation. I understand they are a private business but that doesnt give them the right to discriminate against me because Im hard of hearing.

1 /5 Hailey Bauder: I got delivery. Ordered online. Through their app. I received my pizza and cheese sticks, however I ordered 4 sauces and Pepperoncinis as well. I did not receive those sauces except the 1 for the cheese sticks, and the 1 garlic for the pizza. I also got ONE pepperoncini. You usually get more than one just normally! I called and it rang and rang and they kept putting the robot back on. So fine, if you don’t want to resolve the issue then here is an official complaint. This is the second time I’ve not received my sauces, the first time I didn’t even say anything. Clearly it needs to be brought up in a meeting or something. Thanks, and thanks for this dry food too.
