Pizza Hut - (Near Bushnell, FL)

3 /5 Chorizo Ortiz-Velascooo: I only go here for the wings. The Buffalo burning hot wings are good. The pizza is mediocre. Its dry. Their ranch is good. Ive seen them trying to hire people online because they clearly need people but refuse to actually hire anyone that doenst have at least have experience. Thats why training exists but I guess they do what they want to? Who knows. Theres some people that are trying to get their first job, like younger people.

3 /5 Eva Dole: I am ultimately writing this review simply so management will see it. I placed an order via the phone for delivery and I spoke with Christian who was very nice. I had him my address and paid for my order as well as left a 20% tip for the driver. I received a text a short time later stating that my order was being delivered from DoorDash. It would have been nice to know that Pizza Hut no longer uses their own drivers and uses DoorDash. I would have just ordered via Uber Eats. I then received a text from my dasher stating they had the wrong address. I don’t know how that was possible because the address I gave Pizza Hut was read back to me and it was correct. The dasher was extremely rude and said it was, “unfair that they were wasting their gas when nobody updated my address” and then proceeded to say, “and no tip”. To say I was flabbergasted is putting it lightly. I definitely told Christian when I initially called that I would leave a 20% tip. I then got a message saying my order was delivered and when I went out to check, sure enough there was no order received. I texted the driver and asked if they delivered my order and their response was, “yes done” and I still never received it. I called Pizza Hut and they said there was nothing they could do since they made the order, which I understand. However, I think the customers should be informed if delivery is now through a third party service because it was the biggest headache and I had to call DoorDash corporate for a refund. That refund is still pending.

1 /5 Michael Short investment properties: So I tried their crispy chicken and normally I don’t spend like $18 on a pizza but I love chicken on my pizza and I love thin crust and mushrooms and bacon and it just sounded great. You know , when I picked it up , it looked I not like I had imagined .. you know , I didn’t see a picture of it beforehand so I imagined crispy. Chicken would be fried chicken sliced up diced up spread on pizza but fried well this might’ve been fried but It was far from crispy and it was probably far from chicken altogether.! even the lady who served it to me was kind of surprised what it look like ! It looked like chicken ball nuggets,,and I gotta say it was horrible! I couldn’t even eat one slice of it. I had to spit it out the only way I could eat a slice was after I took the chicken off and Put it in air fryer , drizzled A bit of sweet baby Ray’s barbecue sauce on it and the air fryer crisped the slice up just perfect ! So, when I called and complained to the day the manager the following day , she just basically said that’s just our chicken .. She offered her apologies but didn’t offer maybe a five dollar coupon for the next pizza maybe a free pizza ! I mean it didn’t have to be an $18 pizza but it was just poor customer service. I thought ! So the customer service is just as bad as the Crispy chicken pizza ! I doubt I will be orderingFrom there again, anytime soon .. And in this small town , we have limited choices ,,especially after 9 pm I didn’t eat but one slice last night ,, And that’s only after I took the chicken off and I hadn’t eaten anything all day so if that tells you anything ! I wouldn’t even feed the chicken to my dog .. that was just that bad so just be warned - no crispy chicken no no no it’s not crispy. It’s not even probably chicken. It was just horrible. Other than that. The sausage and cheese pizza i ordered for my friend. It looked great. And I was told it tasted great. He offered me a piece, but I just lost my appetite after that horrible chicken so I wish everybody the best Godspeed.! Ps The photo is after I took the ball chicken and tore it up in the pieces. I took a picture of the piece that I had left with it on there, but believe me I didn’t need it.

1 /5 Kristina Tambunga-Smith: Ordered online. They forgot a pizza. Husband had to wait additional 30mins for his food! Made another door dasher come out and paid him $0.34!!! Called manager. He stated it was a “wash” cause some other door dasher lost him money. Felt that was crap. Offered the guy to come back and he didnt want me to have to eat the cost. So yall lost more than one customer. Im about customer service but also fair wage. That guy didnt do anything wrong!!!!! Ugh! Disgusting!
