Roka Hula - (Near Delray Beach, FL)

5 /5 Cher Couvillion Wilson: Who knew this gem was in Delray, (Orlando too)! Not sure that I have visited such a unique & beautifully designed & decorated eating establishment like this one. The vibey tropical fabric booths & cherry blossom ceilings had me, as we perused the menu before entering. The dishes were so savory, each one that we ordered. The ramen was a favorite. I chose eggplant side with fried rice & it was hula heavenly! Fun fact, & not surprising, the operators also own Calaveras, which I visited & reviewed in Jupiter. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Neila: I had such an amazing time visiting on October 11th. Me and my best friends visited for the first time and everything was great. The food was great, the service was great. I would definitely come back for both. Melissa was so gracious and her attention to details was one of the best I’ve experienced in a restaurant. May I also add the environment was great. That extended from the entrance and all the way to the restrooms. 10 out of 10.

5 /5 Craig J Whitfield: What a cool place! The aesthetic is out of this world. The inside has a very unique design with a giant tree taking up the ceiling with blossoms. The food was equally as aesthetically, pleasing and delicious. Starting with the Kimchi Butter Edamame the best Edamame I think I ever had. Then we tried the Birria Eggrolls which Id say were a 3/5 not my fav but I understand the appeal. We also tried the Pork Belly Bao Buns which were equally a 3/5. The drinks were all great but the Espresso Martini was the best one of the night. Finishing the food topic is the Sushi, We got the Hamachi Yuzu Roll which was my fav 6/5 just exceptional with lots of flavors and textures for the palette. The Smoky Spicy Tuna was also to die for. If you are wandering the ave in Delray I def recommend walking into this location.

5 /5 William Jazon Jr.: Came here for a date night with my wife on a Saturday night. It was tougher than usual finding parking and I ended up spending $35 to park for 2hours at a nearby parking lot but I cant blame that on the restaurant because that is just the way it is in this area on Atlantic Ave. We enjoyed our time at Roka and it was highly affected by the wonderful service of Rebecca, our server. She was very sweet, attentive and willing to give her opinions. My wife called her a ninja because she would show up out of nowhere, lol. We ordered, 5 items (sticky ribs, pork belly bao buns, soup dumplings, crab fried rice and mochi donuts) and were only somewhat disappointed with the soup dumplings so 4/5 is pretty darn good! The cocktails are creative and tasty, albeit a little low in volume for the price. Overall a positive experience here and we recommend it.

4 /5 David Camargo: Pretty solid Asian street food right in the heart of downtown Delray. Most dishes are meant to be shared, which makes it easy to try a variety of items from the menu. We ordered five dishes for two people and it was the perfect amount for a medium appetite. The crispy rice tuna and bao buns are absolute must-orders. Great music, fun vibe, and a lively atmosphere overall. Definitely a must-try if you’re into Asian street food.
