Subway - Jasper
Jeanelle Lisa I placed an online order through the Subway app at 2:00pm EST. I walk into the restaurant and the rudest staff person starts notifying customers who have been patiently waiting for acknowledgment that “she has no meat and she cannot take orders.” I notify her of my online order and then she again rudely dismisses me saying she “has no meat” and when I ask her how to resolve the issue with the online order she claims there is nothing she could do since not done through them. She further states that I could call the number in the receipt and/or do it online but o cancel the order. When I advised her that there is nothing number on the receipt (other than the store number ) and no such option existed in the subway app - she again had no response and continued to say “there was nothing she could do.” I then proceeded to call the number on the receipt after driving off, and the woman answers the phone and when again notified her about placing an online order she again claimed “nothing could be done” and also claimed she was a manager. When I asked for her name she immediately hung up the phone, thus prompting this review. This woman is claiming to be unable to serve customers or handle refunds; however the subway app has her open and available for orders - since I am sure 2:00pm EST was not their opening hours. She is likely stealing corporate funding while not serving their customer needs. She needs to be fired immediately.
