derek vandenburgh I had the pleasure of dining at Azure Mediterranean on the rooftop of the Edition Hotel in Tampa, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone—elegant, scenic, and effortlessly romantic with stunning rooftop views. A special thank you to Chef Rudy, whose passion for food shines through in every bite. The dishes were Michelin-quality—beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. Each course felt thoughtfully curated, and the Mediterranean influences were showcased with both authenticity and creativity. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, which made the entire evening feel seamless. Between the breathtaking setting, the exceptional cuisine, and the artistry of Chef Rudy, this was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Tampa. Highly recommend Azure for anyone seeking an unforgettable meal in a beautiful rooftop setting. I’ll absolutely be returning.

Riley Pippin Food was incredible, wish I had tried it sooner! I ordered the New York strip which was supposed to be 12 oz, and received an 18 oz with no up charge. Steak was honestly the best steak I’ve had and was cooked perfectly! My wife had the jorge’s chicken and upon first bite said it was the best bite of food she’s ever had. We had also ordered the soup de jour which was a ribeye French onion and the bacon jam crostinis which were also great. The peach cobbler was also delicious and was a great cap to the night! Will be going back regularly!

Tamela Schultz We’ve been twice, and their wings are yummy! We will be returning to try other menu items. They have live music and the atmosphere is a small little hometown bar with locals. Something going on every day of the week! Great to have a real bar in downtown Milton!

Melissa Raj First visit, great atmosphere inside with spacious table seating. This is most refreshing! We had hooligan fries and a sausage sandwich with mash and gravy. Fries are not fresh but cooked very crisply. The Hooligan fries were so tasty, probably would have only wanted a little bit more of the cheese. The bacon lardons were extremely good tasting, especially with the fresh sliced scallions! Soooooo good. The sausage was good, perhaps a little overcooked from the black color on bottom but I did not mind that. The peppers and onion were a teeny sweet which paired well with the ground mustard. The bun is quite large and we hoped the sausage size would match, however it were almost 3 inches too big. Add one more sausage and it would be a winter! Our server Madison was kind, smiley and served us very well with helpful info about the food. We will definitely be back!!!!

Alex Tedeschi My fiancee and I dine out a bit in all different metros. We happened to be in St Pete for our anniversary and the photos of this place looked amazing. From reviews, we saw the beauty of this restaurant stood up upon arrival and always elevated the experience. I couldnt agree more! I saw some reviews mentioning the food was great, but not the best for the price range, I truly disagree. The boards are made fresh right at the bar in viewpoint of your table. The focaccia was to die for. We also had the octopus which was charred to perfection with an amazing eggplant puree underneath. Our waiter, Chris helped us pick the best drinks to start and wine to pair with our entrees. Throughout he was more a friend than a waiter, continuing to elevate our experience. For entrees my fiancee has the softest and pillow like ricotta gnocchi with pesto. Myself, one of the better filets Ive had thanks to the wood fired grill and brikant wine pairing. For dessert, olive oil Gelato (always recommended anywhere) and mango sorbet. If you are in St Pete and are looking for a special dinner you wont forget, make sure to go to Elliot Aster
