5 /5 US Blues: Had a great meal tonight for my daughter‘s birthday. She got the filet and I got the grilled grouper (without blackening) and it was great and she loved her steak. Beautiful night to sit out behind the deck in the garden area.

5 /5 Florence Wade: Great atmosphere in historic house. Very attentive staff and professional. Pleasant music, cool, and comfortable. Enjoyed the crab cake appetizer, lobster bisque soup, and scallops with cheese grits and creamed spinach. Tasted my husbands salmon and it was very good as well. Food was cooked to perfection, served at a good temperature and full of flavor. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience while traveling through Live Oak, FL!

5 /5 Jessica Johnson: My family and I have been visiting the 406 almost every weekend over the last couple of months. We love to sit outside on the patio in the evenings because the atmosphere is 10/10. We have always been well taken care of by the staff, especially Curt and any of the girls working the bar or patio. We’ve celebrated birthdays and they’ve even kept our cake in the fridge for us and offered to cut and plate the dessert. The appetizers and drinks are always top notch. We’ve had many delicious entrees, our favorites being the handmade gnocchi, the burger, the 406 chicken sandwich, and any steak on the menu. The Alfredo and the salads are also delicious. Even if service has ever been slower due to them being extremely busy, we are always well taken care of and are never in a rush because there’s usually a pleasant atmosphere of either live music or trivia night (Thursdays) to enjoy. We usually make reservations or arrive at a time when there is no wait to be seated. This is our favorite place to eat in Live Oak as there is truly no better place in town.

From the very beginning, Ashleigh distinguished herself with an exceptional level of care and attention, thoughtfully coordinating every detail to ensure the setting reflected our vision. Her dedication extended beyond expectation by even creating a custom-designed welcome sign that added a thoughtful, personal touch. The entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout the evening, serving with genuine smiles and ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly and with a commitment to excellence. The service and atmosphere resulted in an intimate and elevated first class experience that our guest of honor will cherish forever.

5 /5 Warren Treadwell: My wife and I had wanted to go 406 and our anniversary seemed like a good time to try it out. The food and service was fantastic. I had the wagyu ribeye that was cooked perfectly with the cauliflower casserole and cream spinach. Both of them were very tasty. My wife had the scallops with cheese grits and asparagus. The scallops were again cooked perfectly with great taste. The grits and asparagus were fantastic. After dinner we went out back to the bar and patio area. Again the service was great. The area was very inviting and relaxing. The live music was great. In closing we certainly plan on going back (already made made reservations for the weekend with our neighbors) and encourage everyone to give The 406 a try. We went back with our friends Saturday evening and had a spectacular evening. We sat in the bar while we were waiting for our friends to arrive. The bar service was great. Rebecca was our server Wednesday and we asked for her again. She was fantastic! We had the Crab Cakes and the Salmon for dinner tonight. Both were very tasty. We shared the Bread pudding for dessert and I have to say the four of us agreed it was the best Bread pudding we have ever had. We all sat out back after dinner. The music was great as well as the service. Just an outstanding evening. I really appreciate having a nice place to have great food, and service here in Suwannee County.
