Gavaghans Irish Pub & Kitchen - Sebring

Rating: 4.7 /5
Dr. Craig Spodak We went to dinner tonight in Sebring and found a rare gem. The food was outstanding, and the entire experience felt intentional from start to finish. The waitstaff, bartenders, and owner were all attentive, welcoming, and genuinely proud of what they serve. This is an establishment that does things the right way — no seed oils, no preservatives, and everything made in-house. Even the fried fish was cooked in beef tallow, which is almost unheard of these days. The hotel itself was just as impressive. The rooms are very clean, modern, and thoughtfully done, with crisp white linens that feel fresh and upscale. It’s rare to find this level of care, quality, and integrity in a small town. This place is absolutely worth going out of your way for, whether you’re passing through Sebring or planning a special stop.

Christopher Guarin Stopped in for drinks after dinner. What a beautiful place. Dark but tastefully lit and cozy. Not too loud or crowded. We ordered several drinks that each were well crafted and presented. Our bartenders took great care of us and we had a wonderful experience. Will coming back for more on our next visit.

Jennifer Knurek We recently had our wedding rehearsal at the Compass Hotel + Floridays. It was amazing!! Karen, their Catering Sales Manager, is next level. She comes prepared with years of industry experience and it shows!! Her attention to detail and communication was outstanding. She was so sweet and understood exactly what we were looking for and made every detail come to life! She had a great staff as well who were engaged in our event the entire night. We were very happy with our choice and had a memorable night of fun with the ones we love!

Mack Jones Small place for a good homemade southern breakfast, lunch, or dinner on Thursday’s(though I haven’t tried dinner there yet)….Awesome food and family that runs the place. Wings, burgers, appetizers and breakfast that I’ve tried are among the best anywhere you go….And the best part is they’re cheap and haven’t been running their price up like everywhere else.

the 301 - Sebring

Bryon Nugent Awesome local bar in the circle. Had a ton of fun tonight at The 301 and Kristina the bartender was super attentive and friendly. She had plenty of cocktail recommendations and knowledgeable on the house distilled liquors. I ended up bring home a fresh watermelon vodka that I got hooked on from her Jolly Rancher drink she made. The John Daley with sweet tea is also a new favorite as is the CPA on tap. If your in or around Sebring, be sure to bring your buddies down to The 301 and check it out.
