Honest & Fair Feedback Reviews Frustrating Visit - No Ice Cream, No Ketchup We visited this McDonalds location with our kids, who were really looking forward to getting ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working, so there were no cones, sundaes, or McFlurries available at all, which was a big disappointment for them. To add to the frustration, when we got our fries, we asked for ketchup and were told there was none available either. We left without any ketchup for our fries. The restaurant was also not as clean as you typically expect a McDonalds to be. The company highlights cleanliness as a top priority, so this was noticeable and disappointing. The drive-thru was very busy, which likely contributed to the overall experience. While I understand that individual locations can face challenges, the combination of missing basic items and the environment made for a poor visit this time. · No Ice Cream: Machine was not working; no dessert options available. · No Ketchup: Requested but unavailable for fries. · Cleanliness: Restaurant was not clean. · Service Speed: Drive-thru was very busy.

Mindi Vroman I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! The food is freaking amazing. The customer service is stellar. Its a hidden gem as far as the outside and location. They dont do justice to how spectacular it really is. It is a black, veteran owned restaurant, butcher shop, and small grocery. The young man at the counter was just the sweetest! Maybe its because Im from the north, but everything was yes maam, no maam, can I help you maam? 10 stars! He cleared our table even though it was clearly a diy kind of place. He clearly went above and beyond, which I made sure to tell the owner. The Philly cheese steak? OMG so freaking good!!! Hot, fresh, and good quality. No gristle. No chunks of fat. Just good quality juicy, fresh meat. The greens are top notch! It was super filling. I took some of my greens home. Im only here for two weeks but I NEED to go back before I go home. The meat shop has amazing, fresh, high quality meats. Theres a huge selection that I wish I could get back home without going to a big city. The young man at the butcher counter was also super attentive, respectful and helpful. The crab legs are suitable and delicious! The grocery area is limited but yet has a great selection, if that makes sense. Theres a lot of good produce and an amazing selection of spices. 20/10 recommend. Go! Eat, shop, share. This place deserves more recognition. I cannot stress enough, I dont think Ive ever been anywhere that had it all. Good food, good service, good selection, black veteran owned. Stellar!!!

Kathy Z Food and customer service is always AMAZING 10 out of 10. My favorite is the steak speacial... wow that extra LOVE they give it. Reminds me of my moms and tias cooking. Do yourself a favorite and try it. Honestly everything we try there is seriously so GOOD. GREAT job Zarza! May God keep blessing you ALL!

America 1 Food is delicious, authentic! They have this special super hot home recipe hot sauce. Taste like my food from home in Mexico. Highly recommend this place, super clean, great prices, our waiter is super nice! Great job!!! The tostadas are huge. The mole original not sweet. Delish!
