1 /5 Jon Manna: Me on the phone: hi I’d like to put in a pick up order for the $10 cheeseburger fries and soda Them: great today’s Wednesday so we actually have a different special which is a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Would you like that? Me: Oh, that sounds great. Let’s do that. I gave them my phone number and was told to be there in 15 minutes. I got a call back two minutes later and was told Actually that chicken sandwich is not special today. It’s a old-fashioned BLT. I ask if I could have the cheeseburger special instead, which the website says it all day every day and tell me that is no longer a special. my first time at Twin Peaks, I decided to go with the special in order to BLT. You can see my screenshots website still says there is a $10 cheeseburger meal deal. You could also see that the sandwich had half of the sandwich with bacon. I essentially just paid for a container full of fries bread a slice of tomato and lettuce. I asked for no ice and they gave me a ton of ice. I’ve heard good things about Twin Peaks but this is one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever purchased at a restaurant for lunch

5 /5 Samuel King: Once you have a good night at Twin Peaks, there’s no going back… The food is fantastic, the drinks are great, I’ve somehow found myself stuck here multiple times between the “views” and atmosphere. Mercedes draws me back almost on a nightly basis with her charm and fantastic service! Keep it up ladies!

3 /5 Regina Roberts: My teammates and I visited Twin Peaks for lunch and were looking forward to a good team outing. The atmosphere was nice, and the restaurant wasn’t too busy, so we expected a smooth experience. Unfortunately, our service fell short of expectations. We were seated and waited on by Harmony, who seemed disengaged and a bit short in her responses when we had questions about the menu. Throughout our visit, there wasn’t much follow-up or table check-ins between seating and when the food finally arrived—about 45 minutes later. Meanwhile, we noticed other tables that were seated after us received more attentive service and quicker check-ins. While the food itself was decent once it arrived, the overall experience could definitely be improved with more consistent and attentive customer service. We hope this feedback helps the management team ensure all guests receive the same warm, engaging experience . 5 /5 Scott E.: Always great food options and ICE cold beer! I usually get the cheeseburger and add Billionaire Bacon, which they used to have as a staple burger option years ago. The tacos, flatbreads, chicken quesadilla, and also chips & three dips are always good.
