Left questioning my life choices and wondering why I’ve ever eaten a burger from anywhere else. These smash burgers are what happens when culinary genius meets dad-level grill mastery. It’s like your taste buds are being tucked in at night by two flannel-wearing legends who just want you to be happy and full. The truck? Immaculate. The vibe? Backyard BBQ meets burger nirvana. The dads? Legends. I don’t know if they’re actual dads, but they’ve got strong “built the deck with their bare hands” energy. The burgers? SMASHED. Juicy, crispy-edged, cheese-blanketed beauties sent from the heavens (or at least from a sizzling flat top grill). Fries were also on point—crispy, salty, probably made with love and possibly a power drill. If you see this truck, stop whatever you’re doing. Birthday party? Leave it. Wedding? Bail. This is your new priority. Thanks, dads. I’ll be back.

5 /5 Alyssa Cacciatore: The food is always incredible. We have eaten here several times and everything is always hot, well seasoned, and delicious. It’s one of those places you have to try everything on the menu and it will always be good.

5 /5 Keri Reese: Stopped here on a whim with my 3-year-old on the way back to Tallahassee from the Gulf Specimen Aquarium. We ordered a burger and chicken nuggets shortly after 12:20pm and we were pretty hungry already. Menu items all sound great! It wound up taking over 30 minutes (almost 1pm) to get our food (not great with a hangry toddler!!) but it was all delicious. Really great smash burger and my kid devoured the nugs. I think the locals know to call ahead as I saw several people pick up orders while I waited in my car. No mention of the really long wait time upon ordering which would have been nice to know when I clearly have a small child with me, and there was no acknowledgment of the wait when they brought the food out (ya know, a “sorry for the wait” goes a long way). Still giving 5-stars for the quality of the food but beware of wait time!
