Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - (Near Marianna, FL)

3 /5 Charity Goodrich: So the guy on the register she not be upfront. I walked up said hi, and started ordering. I noticed the guy was just looking at me swiping his finger across his shirt. I said I’m sorry I don’t know what that means… He said name. I told him my name, which was on the front of my shirt may I add because I was in uniform, and he continued to just say what to me. Finally I just spelled it for him. He then took my order and I left. I try to be nice because customer service is a difficult job, but do we need to make it hard for me to be nice? Nice goes both ways. If you want to have bad service with people who are mean go for it but being rude just for fun is not cool.

2 /5 Jesse Matlock: We heard a lot about how great this place was ... Though our visit just didnt give us a great impression. We arrived to a super long drive through line (which we hoped was a good sign) and went inside to eat. The gentleman at the register was new and having trouble ringing in our order, so it took a little longer than usual, but he was trying hard and pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was just ok, the Chicken sandwiches were decent but buns were moist/mushy. The hot wings were only partially sauced, though cooked well. Overall, at ~$65 for 3 sandwiches and 20 wings, it definitely wasnt worth it. Pros: Decent food - chicken sandwiches and wings The wait inside was fairly short Cons: We ordered hot wings, a 20 pack, and they were only partially sauced - oddly enough you can only get one sauce per order (unlike every other place that has hot wings - get 20 wings, you get at least two sauce choices). Their hottest hot wing sauce isnt very hot. When we asked for more sauce I was given one 1/4 filled container and told anymore would cost extra. They put an untrained employee on the only register open at dinner time.... The mens room smelled strongly of pee and was out of paper towels.

5 /5 Craig: I had their wrap. It was good size. It filled me. I’m no small fellow. I also like their Cobb zalad. My wife had the 3 little chicken sandwiches, I forget what they are called. We have always enjoyed our meal there.

5 /5 Livin Life: We had the three finger meals and a few wings and things. The boneless chicken was better than the strips. Loved the Asian flavor. The buffalo was super good too. Prefer the boneless wings to the strip meals. The bread is good. Not great. The fries are really meaty and warm and crunchy. Thanks Carrie for your help. You made ordering easy. For people who have Canes and not Zaxbys it’s a little different ordering. Prices were not bad. 6 people ate for under $70. The place was clean. Food was hot and fast. Love the soda machine. I ended up spilling my drink and Carrie was quick to politely clean it up for me. I felt so bad.

2 /5 WFM Phone: Its a hit and miss location. Occasionally it looks like the commercials and is large pieces of chicken and is tasty Sometimes the chicken is chewy and rubbery. Today was dried rocks and breaks the fork. I only stop because of the location when Im in Marianna. Next time Ill just microwave Tyson nuggets and not even try
