Shaina Grace Ate here for the first time and I did not regret it. The wait can be long bc it’s so popular. Daniel was our server and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything we had was delicious. From drinks, to appetizers, to main course. Especially the rolls that came with the crab fingers. We definitely will be back.

cy6belle rey The best Jamaican restaurant we’ve tried! The chicken curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, while my husband’s jerk ribs were tender with just the right amount of heat and smoky flavor. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere made us feel like we were right in Jamaica. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amber Holt PERFECT! This place is a real gem! I had Cajun Eggs Benedict and Crawfish Étouffée (to go) and the food was beautiful, fresh, and delicious! I feel its a safe assumption that everything is delicious here. Staff was lovely and did everything just right, and the atmosphere is gorgeous! I was even lucky enough to get to see Jamah Terry perform his incredible talent of being a one-man-band by playing ALL the instruments himself, building the song layer by layer AND singing! This was the BEST experience and I am absolutely putting this place in my favorites! Thank you for taking such pride in the establishment!

Howard-Lenoir Katrice N (Tricey) We were first timers dinning in at the Chow Time Grill & Buffet located in Panama City. As we walked in I noticed the buffet was not like the ordinary buffet. Even though It was a crowd, there was a nice ambiance to this buffet. We were surprised at the huge selection of food options. They served a variety of foods hot and fresh. I loved the fried Catfish and fried Shrimp. The food was a 10 out 10. I had Apple Pie for dessert and boy oh boy, It was so delicious. I didn’t catch our Waitress name but she was totally awesome. She worked the entire station. We never had to stop her and ask for anything. She was so attentive. While this guy and another female stood in our section foundling each other. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were. Standing up in the middle of our section rubbing and grabbing each other as if they were guest. After about an hour inside we were stuffed. We really enjoyed our time here. The place was always clean and they kept bringing out more hot food. Customer service was top notch and the price was just right. We will return here.

Dave Winemiller Food was amazing! I ordered an ACP and added steak and shrimp, and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The chips had seasoning on them and the salsa tasted great. The flan (not pictured) is also tasty if you’re still hungry for dessert. The atmosphere was delightful. There was live music and outdoor seating by the water. Angie was my server and she did a fantastic job, she was very attentive, helpful, and had a good attitude. If I wind up in Panama City again I’m definitely going to come back!

Michelle pyle We did the sunset dolphin cruise. The price was very affordable! The staff was super friendly and informative. We did see 4-5 groups of dolphins. Their outdoor property was amazingly landscaped!! They had a couple of food trucks, live music, 3 different landscaped seating areas and yard games. It was the perfect place to just sit, relax and hangout. I wish we had something like that over here by Titusville LOL

Larry Haywood This place is always packed no matter the location because the food is amazing. I like that they include the calories on the menu as well to help me track my macros. I had the Longhorn with the steakhouse mac and cheese and asparagus. Shout out to Schwartz for being a great server. The only complaint I have isnt their fault at all but its so many people you cant carry a conversion without having to raise your voice, its very loud.

Devon Inge Came here to eat for the second time in the past week. The first time was great. The second time was even better! The food has been very good. So far, I had the Grilled Gator - [8/10], Sauteed Shrimp - [9/10], Blackened Crab Cakes - [8.5/10], Crab Bisque - [*5/10], Beignets [7.5/10], and Jambalaya [6/10]. The staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. Barbara was the sweetest. She brought out a burger order to show one of us the size of their burgers, (huge btw) which helped decide whether to order it or not. She also remembered us and our orders from the first time we went. Lastly she asked if we wanted dessert and we were all pretty full so we said not but she still got a fresh order of beignets made for us to share, on the house. Extremely thoughtful and appreciated. Atmosphere is cozy and patrons were also very friendly and kind. Someone was having a bday the first time we went and they offered our whole table slices of cake. *Saving grace for the bisque was pouring my plate of sauteed shrimp into the crab bisque, which was my plan from the start. Turned from a 5/10 to a solid [9.5/10]

Hannah Peters Service was great! I had a male server, I don’t remember his name but he had a broken arm, I got the lumberjack burger and a ceaser salad and my friend got the I love bacon burger with fries, the burgers were great, the Caesar dressing was fishy tasting and I wasn’t a fan, I told the server and he instantly fixed it and got me fries and was very kind about it all, the atmosphere is great the staff is very friendly. It’s a little expensive but I would say worth it overall. I will be back to try the Philly.

Divya Love Lori Wise After reading the great reviews, I took my mom out to late lunch here (around 3:30 pm) on a Monday for their buffet. It took a few minutes (10 -15) for the waitress to come to our table but once she made initial contact, her service was great. The lovely loyal patrons sitting at a nearby table saw it was our first time here and guided us in what to do while we were waiting on the waitress. The patron said service here was usually EXCELLENT, but that they must have been shorthanded that day. We made our way to the buffet and the selections were the best of down-home southern cooking that I have ever seen. From a fresh and bountiful salad bar to homemade Mac and cheese, collard greens, mashed potatoes, beef tips/gravy, rice, rolls, chicken n dumplings, lima beans, black eyed peas and some of the BEST fried chicken Ive ever had! They also had a nice variety of sweets: chocolate cake, white cake, pecan pie, bread pudding, banana pudding (that tasted exactly like my grandma used to make) and an ice cream machine complete with cones. Everything both my mother and I had was DELICIOUS! The ONLY critique I have is that the chicken n dumplings were a bit too salty, but seriously, pair them with a roll or some collard greens in the same bite and youre golden!! ;). We both cleaned our plates and I tried a bit of the banana pudding and white cake, both were PERFECT! The prices were also very reasonable and they also have senior discounts. By 4 pm, the place was PACKED! Hardly a single table was left in the place. To me, this is a great sign that the food and service are STELLAR and the local community is supporting this locally owned business. By all accounts, this restaurant is a MUST GO TO when you find yourself in Panama City, FL. You will NOT be disappointed at the service, the atmosphere (be sure to look UP to see the running train near the ceiling), the prices or the food. Everything was EXCELLENT and I will most definitely be back to enjoy their Friday Night Seafood Buffet (which the friendly local patron shared with me was phenomenal)!

Dixie Church We had an assortment of baked oysters and jambalaya with all the meats. Cabernet and Budweiser. The oysters were outstanding and the shrimp (I’m a self proclaimed shrimp geek) in the jambalaya were cooked perfectly. Also added the chicken and sausage to the jambalaya. It was very good.
