Applebees Grill + Bar -Food CA (Near Monroe)

3 /5 Pamela B: Stopped in at Applebee’s and I was so disappointed. Service was mediocre, my buffalo wings were cold and food took forever considering there were only about eight people dining. At least the entrees were hot and the cocktails were good!

5 /5 Katie Bureau: Steven was our phenomenal server. He was attentive and quickly corrected issues that came out of the kitchen. My steak was way overcooked but I shouldnt have ordered steak at an Applebees! The fried pickles app was phenomenal . I cant say enough good things about our server!!!! If you go to this applebees, ask for Steven!!!

From the moment we sat down, Steven was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He anticipated every need without us even having to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. His knowledge of the menu was impressive—his recommendations were spot-on, and every detail was delivered with a smile and such positive energy that it made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. He managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive, striking the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Steven truly goes above and beyond—his passion for great service shines through in every interaction. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience! We will definitely be coming back, thanks to him.

2 /5 Casey: Waited 30 min for a burger!!!! 20 minutes in I here manager screaming in the kitchen. “ stop using the wrong door to go out. Had a Couple come in 10 minutes after me got there food ahead of me. Bartender breezes by and says food will be out in a little while. After 30 minutes got up and walk out. Wasn’t busy only about 20 people in restaurant, everyone had eaten except for one couple that came in at the bar was only one had not gotten food.. Called manager after I left. Excuse was kitchen messed up a lot of orders she had to go in and fix it. Not a big deal to her
